ACHTUNG, ZÄHLT NICHT ALS 5-STERNE!! 5 Sterne hat das Hotel NICHT verdient. Die Lobby ist sehr klein. Im Erdgeschoss gibt’s keine Toilette. Es gibt nur Kaffee am Morgen und wahrscheinlich auch nur Mittag oder abends. d.h. nun dass man nur zu den Essenszeiten Kaffee und weitere Getränke wie Wasser bekommen kann. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Leider gibt es zu wenig Personal. Bei einem Fünfsternehotel haben wir ein Pool erwartet die einzigen Dinge, die es gab waren ein Jacuzzi, ein Dampfbad und eine Sauna, welche sehr klein waren. Das, was wir bezahlt haben, war der Preis überhaupt nicht wert. es hätte mehr Sinn ergeben einen, zwei beziehungsweise drei Sterne Hotel zu buchen. Der Saal für das Frühstück ist sehr klein. Wir haben nur das Frühstück bestellt d.h. kein Mittagessen und kein Abendessen. Wie zuvor erwähnt gibt es keine weiteren Getränke für die Gäste. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr klein. Der Safe im Zimmer ist sehr kompliziert, um diesen zu benutzen. Die Zimmer sind nicht ganz sauber. Man Kanten und Ecken liegen Staub. Für einen Fünfsternehotel muss man zusätzlich Getränke bezahlen, welche im Zimmer normalerweise angeboten werden sollten oder wie erwähnt in der Lounge. Normalerweise würde es auf der Toilette zusätzliche Zahnbürsten für die Gäste geben, welche es natürlich nicht gab. Die Platten an der Decke waren nicht alle komplett geschlossen d.h. es gab Löcher beziehungsweise die Ecken waren nicht geschlossen. Im unteren Geschoss, d.h. -1 sind WCs, weit sind und dabei auch noch abgeschlossen. Im Waschbecken sowie in der Badewanne als auch im Saunabereich, welches im zweiten Untergeschoss sich handelt -2, dauert es fast bis zu einer halben Stunde bis warmes Wasser kommt. Bei Fünfsternehotel würde es beziehungsweise sollte es innerhalb von mindestens 10 Sekunden warmes Wasser geben. Die Lounge ist auch sehr klein. Es gibt wenig Sitzplätze. Wie das Mittagessen und Abendessen ist, kann ich leider nicht sagen, wenn man hinein kommt, wirkt es nicht wie ein Fünf Sterne Hotel. es gibt nur Notausgänge, welche aber nicht benutzt werden können als Treppenhaus. Demnach sind diese geschlossen. So wie es aussieht, ist das Hotel nicht beliebt. Meiner Meinung nach erkennt man das an den niedrigen Anzahl der Gäste. Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Balkon. Es gibt nicht genug Steckdosen. Demnach müsste man eigene Steckdosen beziehungsweise Verlängerungskabel von zu Hause mitbringen. Der Bereich für die Sauna heißt Health. Handtücher gibt es nicht viele. Der Herzbereich ist von neun bis 21:00 Uhr offen. Als wir zum ersten Mal in die Sauna gehen wollten, war die Sauna geschlossen. Ob der Jacuzzi nach einer gewissen Zeit abgeschaltet wird, ist unklar. Da kenne ich mich leider nicht aus. Für ein fünf Sterne Hotel ist es sehr sehr sehr klein. am letzten Tag wollten wir unsere Koffer wiegen. Einen Tag vorher wollten wir unsere Koffer wiegen. Aus diesem Grund sind wir zum Service. Wir haben dort nachgefragt nach einem Messgerät. Solches hatten die leider nicht da. Am Abreisetag haben wir als Test eine weitere Person angesprochen, um solch ein Messgerät ausleihen zu können. Sie sagte mir, dass andere Gäste dieses Messgerät ausgeliehen haben und es noch nicht gebracht haben. Daraufhin hatte ich gefragt, ob es möglich wäre, diese Gäste eventuell anzusprechen, um es uns ausleihen zu können. Demnach musste sie ein anderen Mitarbeiter fragen und haben sich zusammen unter Portugiesisch unterhalten. Daraufhin hat sie mir gesagt, dass es leider nicht möglich ist. Sie sagte mir, dass ich im Flughafen die Koffer wegen soll. Bei solch einem fünf Sterne Hotel sollte es nicht nur ein Messgerät geben, sondern mehrere damit Kunden sich diese ausleihen können und am Abreisetag verwenden können. Nicht alle können englisch sprechen. Ein Fünf Sterne Hotel ist es nicht. Wir haben bei TUI gebucht. Der Verkäufer hat es online gefunden. wir haben uns gefreut ein Fünf Sterne Hotel zu bekommen, welches im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels zu derzeit günstiger war. Es hätte sich mehr gelohnt weniger zu zahlen und dabei ein 2-3 Sterne Hotel zu buchen.

Muy bien para descansar buenos colchones buena limpieza personal estupendo muy amable en todos los ámbitos. Precios muy altos para servicios extra. Hay un pequeño SPA incluido y gimnasio. Desayuno completo pero repetitivo. El aparcamiento subterráneo es una odisea. Si tienes un coche de envergadura sobretodo largo mejor no entrar te arriesgas a quedar bloqueado además te costará mucho tiempo entrar u salir. Muy céntrico cerca del gran parque EDUARDO.. Buen precio bastante económico siendo un 5*

Estivemos de férias em Lisboa e fomos muito bem recebidos neste hotel, excelente localização, bom café da manhã, acomodações e um magnífico atendimento, ficaremos com saudades deste local !

The hotel definitely does not deserve a five-star rating. The deluxe room provided had no good air condition, nor did it have a five-star appeal. The staff at the reception were very unfriendly and rude. We had to wait in the queue for long to get into the small breakfast room, breakfast options were just okay. The spa area contains a sauna and steam bath, we went there two times during our stay but there were no towels both times. When contacted the reception, they were very rude and said they don't have any big towels, later provided some small towels but had to wait for long to get them. I would never go back to this hotel nor cannot recommend anyone.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The 5-star rating they advertise is a joke. I wonder who the hell gave them this rating. The nearest comparison I can think of to their most expensive room, which they call a palace room, is only to a rat´s den. The room has a small window, like in a jail. It appears that some interior decorators gave them the idea that if they put some antique furniture, some vintage curtains, and some nice marble flooring at the reception, they could call an ancient, crumbling monastery a palace. The drawers, cupboards, and table make creaking sounds. An absolute ruin!. The breakfast room is a tiny little place, and in order to get in, you need to wait half an hour. They have a spa area with a sauna and steam bath, but both times when we went there, they were short of towels, and they could not provide big bath towels. Instead, they provided us with some hand towels. Overall, it was an unpleasant stay in a little oven where the cooling provided by the air conditioning also did not function.

Le petit déjeuner n'a rien d un moment de détente on est les un sur les autres ... jamais vue ça dans un 5 étoiles.

A super OK hotel, but not 5 stars.
The hotel is very well-connected with a direct line to the airport, as well as into the city centre. The Metro station is only a short walk away.
The spa was very quiet and always had fresh towels for us. Although the 9 o’clock closing time is a bit early. The steam room and the sauna worked great and we went there every night of our stay.
There is a giant shopping mall nearby with a massive department store stretching over seven floors which will have everything that you could possibly need.
There is a nice park which is very relaxing on evenings and obviously a lot of locals go there.
There was an on-site restaurant and sports bar, and although we didn’t use them, they looked pretty good.
I like the checkout time is 12 pm as a lot of hotels are bringing this time earlier and earlier you have to rush to get out in the morning.
Breakfast had every option imaginable but hot food was not great. However, they were all kinds of bread and pastries and cold meats and even salmon.
Only one coffee machine made good coffee while the coffee from the other was terrible. Do not use the coffee machine by the door. You will regret it.
I was shocked to find that you had to pay extra for the coffee in the room. It’s not even reasonable, the price is exorbitant. For example, you need to pay for the coffee and the cream separately. This made the hotel feel like a budget hotel instead of a five star hotel. I could go to a café around the corner and get a cappuccino and a pastel de nata for less than the price of the coffee in the room.
The mini fridge in the room was convenient for storing my own bears, but you have to ignore the expensive stuff in there that they provide for you. It’s all vastly overpriced.
Temperature control did not work the first night. It was fixed the next two nights, but then broke again on the last night. It seemed as if it was stuck on the hottest setting, and we had to open the balcony door in the middle of the night in order not to boil.
Rooms small
The room itself was clean and well decorated but it was too small. There was also a lack of power sockets with none available next to the bed for charging a phone overnight. Also, the sockets turned off when you left the room so you couldn’t leave anything charging while you had breakfast for example.
Overall, I would say this is a very average hotel in a convenient location.

The plus - room was clean, nice bathroom. Breakfast was good. Location was good and close to many metros. There's a hot tub, sauna and steam room. The minus - room was hot at night and temperature control was not great. Had to open the window for cool air. We told them but nothing came out of it. You had to pay for coffee and milk in your room. Tea was free. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Not that luxurious.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms and facilities were excellent. Staff mainly friendly especially in the sports bar and breakfast. The reception staff didn't say or smile much but still an excellent hotel and amazing city.

Certes il ne s’agit pas d’un 5* mais plutôt d’un niveau 3*, mais avec le parking sous l’hôtel et la qualité du service cela compense . Gros bémol tout de même il se trouve certes bien placé en ville mais aussi sous le trajet décollage/atterrissage de l’aéroport tout proche . . . Dommage

El hotel está bien, un poco viejo pero está cuidado y limpio, las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas, el servicio en el hotel estuvo muy bien, desayuno variado de buffet.

This place has so much potential but the staff are SO rude - I've actually never known anything like it. The receptionists need to be put on a customer service course. Very snarky. Disappointed as the building and the rooms are lovely. Except our first room had an ant's nest in it. No apology of course - we were to made to feel like an inconvenience for mentioning it. If they had been polite and helpful I would not be writing this review. The porter was really nice that helped us move rooms but the women on reception were extremely rude. The attitude of the staff ruined our experience and upset us; making us feel uncomfortable. Expect eye rolling and sarcastic comments. Not helpful whatsoever. Breakfast staff were much nicer. Cleaner was rude - rolled her eyes and shouted when we asked for water. We even smiled and said goodbye as we left but she gave us dirty looks (simply for asking for water). Not good for 4* / 5* hotel. I deeply regret parting with hundreds of pounds to stay here. I would never stay here again.

L'hôtel offre un environnement calme et de qualité, avec des chambres d'une propreté impeccable et un personnel professionnel et discret. Le petit déjeuner est remarquablement complet, avec un buffet constamment réapprovisionné pour satisfaire tous les goûts. L'accès au spa procure un véritable bien-être après une journée à explorer les rues de Lisbonne. En particulier, Raphaël se distingue par son dévouement envers les clients, toujours attentionné et souriant. Je recommande également la délicieuse sangria au vin blanc du Real Sports Bar, un lieu agréable pour un apéritif en fin de journée. Un grand merci pour cet accueil chaleureux !

Chambre vetuste comme l'hôtel. Jaccuzi sauna en panne, on paie les capsul de café et on demande un tire bouchon on dois payer le service pour qu'on nous l amène en chambre ! Du jamais vu ! Sinon bien placé.

Le Real Palacio est un très bon hôtel confortable, agréable, très propre avec un personnel attentionné en partie francophone. Les chambres sont spacieuses tout comme la salle de bains - WC.

Un copieux buffet est proposé pour le petit-déjeuner. Le déjeuner est proposé à un prix imbattable 13€ (entrée + plat ou plat + buffet de dessert) ou 16€ (entrée + plat + buffet de desserts) avec un verre de vin, de l'eau minérale (bouteille en verre) et un café ou un thé. Le soir, repas uniquement à la carte ; compter 25 - 27 € pour plat + dessert). Excellents vins portugais à partir de 16€ la bouteille de 75 cl.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans un quartier très calme à moins de 500m d'une station de Métro - Sao Sebastiao (Ligne rouge directe pour l'aéroport et ligne bleue pour gagner le centre ville - Station Baixa-Chiado où vous pouvez prendre le mythique Tramway 28E). Le grand magasin El Cortes Ingles est tout proche de l'hôtel. Enfin, les amateurs d'art apprécieront d'être à 10 mn de marche de la fondation Calouste Gulbenkian.

Le Real Palacio bénéficie de cinq étoiles ce qui ne se justifie pas vraiment ; quatre étoiles correspondrait mieux à la réalité. Il n'en reste pas moins vrai que cet hôtel est très apprécié pour son excellent rapport qualité/prix. Réservation conseillée.
