Fantastic place with fantastic people. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and friendly service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff were very helpful in answering all of our questions. We were very impressed with our room. It was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. We especially appreciated the view of the city. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained. We enjoyed relaxing in the lobby area, and we had a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant. We would definitely recommend the InterContinental Lisbon to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Lisbon. We had a 10/10 experience, and we hope to be back soon! Thank you ????

Corner suite 1101 is very spacious and special. Excellent staff, glad we chose intercontinental Lisbon over four seasons which is right across and looks very outdated. There is also a Avis/budget next door and very easy to walk around , although I would recommend always taking a cab back . Loved the staff and hotel ! And if you have club access the breakfast is excellent

Beautiful hotel located right next to a very scenic park. Hotel staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was large and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Room service came very quickly and the food was delicious

More like a 3 star hotel. Could not accommodate customer needs that other 5 star hotels certainly could (e.g., ask for queen bed instead of double bed, ask for basic toiletries), hallways that smelled like guys bathroom, tiny tiny shower, old towels, mediocre overpriced breakfast, USD to euro conversion at lobby with other forms of payment, etc

If you can afford the splurge to stay, I highly recommend. The service at this location is second to none. We stayed with points to try and budget our trip a bit. Even though we were only staying using points they made us feel like valued guests. We received a free room upgrade as an extra treat. The hotel had a very small, almost unmentionable mistake, but i reached out to management via email simply to make them aware for future guests. The hotel went above and beyond to remedy a complete non-issue, it was truly customer service at its absolute finest. The location is wonderful as well. This is a rare hotel where the on-site amenities are truly worth the attendance. The bar was ????, the restaurant was ????, the breakfast was ????, the Intercontinental Club was ????. Thank you so much Intercontinental Lisboa, you have helped us make a wonderful memory. I am truly grateful ❤️

Amazing rooms, good size, very clean. The service was amazing. We had an amazing balcony too, with a great view. We did try the room service menu and was amazing. The creme brulé was the best.
The breakfast spread was also amazing and always had the special desserts of Portugal.
I would surely recommend

Durante a minha estadia de trabalho neste hotel, fui recebida com profissionalismo e simpatia pela equipa. O quarto espaçoso e bem equipado, juntamente com as ótimas instalações de negócios, proporcionaram-me um ambiente ideal para trabalhar com eficiência. Apesar do foco no trabalho, consegui desfrutar das comodidades de lazer, como o centro de fitness. Destaco ainda a qualidade do restaurante Akla.

I work for a company that has a contract with this hotel. We have this same arrangement with hotels all over the world. Every time we come to this hotel the staff gives us the rooms with the 2 tiny beds. No other hotel does this. They will designate rooms with one larger bed. And if we ask this particular Intercontinental to change rooms, they tell us they are sold out and can't change our rooms. It is not right that they treat us this way because their money is guaranteed, no matter how uncomfortable we are. Other Intercontinentals we stay at are wonderful, and never we treat us this way.

Fiquei recentemente hospedada no InterContinental Lisbon e foi uma das melhores experiências que tive!
Os quartos são espaçosos, com uma decoração moderna e elegante e a cama foi a melhor onde já dormi.
A estadia foi perfeita e recomendo a todos que escolham este hotel ao ficar em Lisboa!

Le meilleur restaurant de notre séjour à Lisbonne! Le ceviche et l’octopus étaient juste dignes d’un étoilé ! Personnel très agréable et carte spéciale pour les enfants. Ils ont déduit les 30% de l’offre thé Fork sans que nous ne le demandions ce qui nous a donné une facture étonnamment peu élevée!
