Fantastic hotel, central location, great sound proofing, so the room was quiet. The mattress was super comfortable! The staff is super friendly!

I recently stayed at Chiado 44 with my girlfriend for my birthday and I wouldn’t have chosen to stay anywhere else, it’s a really relaxing environment in an excellent location. The rooms are clean and up to date with comfy beds and everything having a very recent feel while being in a lovely older building as mentioned it has no elevator but that makes little difference if you’re spending the day walking around Lisbon who’s is already very hilly with stairs everywhere. But most of all the staff are absolutely lovely, welcoming us back every time we went out with a friendly attitude and recommendations of things to do, even going so far as to remember it was my birthday and leave a gorgeous Pastéis de Nata pastry for me. I’ve stayed in many fancy “five star” hotels all around the world but chiado 44 may be my favourite place so far that I’ve stayed, thank you to the whole team and thanks for the pastry it was delicious!!

Hotel muito bem localizado, com um dos melhores atendimentos que já tive. Fiquei no hospedado no último andar e, por ser o "econômico", não possuía janelas laterais (apenas claraboias nos tetos do quarto e do banheiro) e 5 andares de escadas para subir, o que eu definitivamente não recomendo para quem está com malas grandes. Mesmo com essa questão, o hotel se mostrou super disponível a ajudar no transporte das malas em todos os momentos.

Notre expérience dans cet hôtel date de mars 2020. Nous avions beaucoup aimé cet hôtel ainsi que l'emplacement, à proximité du métro, de restaurants et de la place des commerces. Je recommande cet hôtel. La vue de notre chambre était très sympathique

23년12월15일 가격좋고 위치 좋고 방내부 청결하고 좋았다 그런데 한가지 우리는 3층인줄(?) 알고 간 방이 무려8층 캐리어끌고 올라가다 죽는줄 직원이 미안한지 어쩔줄을 모른다 엘리베이터 없어요
조심하세요 여름엔 진짜 죽음일듯

Lástima de la falta de ascensor, estábamos advertidos, pero ya entrando al cuarto se encuentran todos los servicios, es agradable y acogedor!!!

Very small but convenient. Suitable for solo travellers or a young couple. A lot of steps, don’t book if you have bad knees. It has good a/c which is needed due do high humidity.

Fantastisch hotel met schitterende kamers en supervriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! In de heenvlucht landden wij 4 uur later dan voorzien, maar toch heeft het hotel kunnen voorzien dat we na middernacht konden opgepikt worden op de luchthaven. Ook toen onze terugvlucht geannuleerd werd, konden zij ons meteen verder helpen door een nieuwe kamer te geven en ons nog wat meer info te verlenen over wat we al dan niet konden doen aan de situatie. Daarnaast gaven ze ook tijdens ons verblijf enkele fantastische tips voor de stad die steeds vrijblijvend waren. De ligging, onderaan de Bairro Alto, is uitstekend vanwege de nabijheid van schitterende restaurants en cafés enerzijds, met genoeg rust anderzijds. Absolute aanrader!

We are so lucky for their help, hospitality and support!
The girls are the reason why our stay was much better as we had some issues with car rental

Great location, very friendly staff. Our rooms wasn’t huge, but it was clean and well kept. Ocean view was fantastic. Close to everything without being loud.

I am incredibly impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel rooms and the gorgeous window view! We stayed for 3 nights and were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a larger room with amazing city view, which was definitely a pleasant surprise for my birthday trip! :) The room cleaning was beyond expectation, thank you so much as well! In addition the hotel staff was very helpful in terms of recommendations of local sightseeing tips. Overall I would definitely recommend Chiado 44 for anyone who would love a wonderful experience in Lisbon!

Such a great spot! We stayed for 4 nights, all the staff we met were lovely and helpful. This was a good price for the location, which was great - so easily walkable to all the places you want to go and explore! This is an old building (no elevator, but they carried our bags up the stairs which was nice) so the rooms are quite small, especially if traveling with large suitcases but that was fine for us in exchange for all the other benefits!

This place is charming and comfortable. It’s in a great location; lots of walkable restos, cafes and bars. The surrounding streets can be quite lively, especially at night, but Chiado 44 is on a very quiet street. We were able to sleep with the window open. Very comfy bed! Friendly and informative front desk staff. Very clean.
