Excellent location for the beach / great views! Everyone in the hotel so helpful and kind! Exceptionally clean! Diego Espanhol was very helpful! He made excellent recommendations for things to do locally; places to eat and the hotel food was very good. Definitely recommend!

Super Lage, sehr ruhig. Wir kriegten ein gratis Upgrade mit Seesicht. Grosse, saubere und ruhige Zimmer. Gutes Essen im Restaurant und gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum mit Kamin und Bar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel war uns aus früheren Jahren bekannt und darum buchten wir wieder hier. Die "Special Suite mit Sea View" war gross und sauber. Wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick. Weil es stark windete, knarrte es im Schlafzimmer, was in der Nacht störend war. Das Bett war gross, doch die Matratzen "sportlich hart". Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden.
Wir können das Hotel empfehlen.

Hotel excelente, muito bem localizado, café da manhã muito bom e os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. Além de tudo, fica de frente pro mar!

Tolles historisches Ambiente, tolle Lage, fantastischer Meerblick. Ruhig.
Frühstück leider eher durchwachsen. Miserabler Kaffee (vorgekocht oder Plastik-Pad-Maschine), andere Hotels auch niedrigerer Preisklassen haben Vollautomaten mit frischen Bohnen. Service rund um’s Frühstück generell eher mau: Sekt wird gereicht, allerdings nicht etwa täglich eine frische Flasche, sondern am nächsten Tag der schale Rest vom Vortag oder noch älter. Eierspeisen lassen sich frisch zubereitet bestellen, Qualität dabei sehr schwankend, mal ein perfekt gegartes Omelette, am nächsten Tag dann eine flüssiger, halbroher Schwabbel. Hier würde ich durchgängigere Qualität erwarten.

Quiet elegant rooms with a fabulous view of the Atlantic. The staff was courteous and helpful. The common rooms such as the bar with a fireplace and the television room were well appointed and the interaction with the other guest delightful. The breakfast was plentiful.

Beautiful old school hotel with a rustic feel and a breathtaking view.
Amicable staff very responsive to feedback.
The only point to improve is the restaurant, not up to the standard of the venue. But there are good options for dining in the vicinity, within a 10 minute walk.

We just came back from our two nights stay at the Pousada de Sagres. Our stay was truly delightful. The room, breakfast on the terrace in the sun (in February!!!), the charming town of Sagres and it‘s surrounding, and the impeccable service across reception, restaurant and bar were all outstanding. The dinner was really delicious and the drinks in front of the fireplace were lovely!
The thoughtful surprise on my birthday added an extra layer of warmth to our experience!

Highly recommend this beautiful place!

Un restaurant très agréable. Nous avons été reçu par un monsieur charmant et très attentif.
La cuisse de canard au riz à l'orange était savoureuse. Le tournedos de veau parfaitement cuit.
Un très bon moment...
