Si vous aimez la vie en communauté et le partage allez-y. Pour notre part, nous n’avions pas bien compris le concept, on pensait avoir réservé un appartement classique. Devant la porte de notre appartement (porte simple pas une vraie porte d’entrée) une cuisine commune ouverte jusqu’à 22h et le rooftop au dessus de l’appartement. Pas de rideaux donc pour dormir la galère, de plus c’est bruyant. Ils disent ok pour 4 personnes mais c’est un canapé lit dans le salon et il n’y pas de séparation entre la chambre et le salon donc 0 intimité. C’est spécial comme endroit! Ok si vous ne cherchez pas beaucoup de confort. La vue de l’appartement et le rooftop sont sympas ! 200€ les 2 nuits c’est un TRÈS MAUVAIS RAPPORT QUALITÉ PRIX, beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est. Le personnel est très aimable.

Em termos global de serviço concluo que se trata de um péssimo serviço, tratamento, cumprimento de normas e leis decretadas pela UE onde estão mencionados direitos de consumidor é zero! Ou seja, isto passou-se comigo e poderá ter se passado já com outras pessoas, segundo DIRECTIVA 2011/83/UE DO PARLAMENTO EUROPEU E DO CONSELHO de 25 de Outubro de 2011 relativa aos direitos dos consumidores, qualquer compra seja de bens ou serviços efetuada online, o comprador tem direito a cancelar a sua compra, ou seja, a devolver os bens comprados e a receber de volta o seu dinheiro, sem ter necessidade de qualquer justificação. O direito de cancelamento ou arrependimento aplica-se a bens e serviços num prazo max. de 14 dias. O direito de livre resolução harmonizado aplica-se também às vendas realizadas fora do estabelecimento comercial, seja qual for a modalidade utilizada para estas vendas. Ou seja comprei uma reserva online da qual posteriormente, após 12h, fui obrigado a cancelar devido a indicações da proteção civil, e a qual esta pensão recebeu o pagamento não querendo devolver o mesmo e aquando questionados ainda me respondem que se tiver duvidas contacte um advogado...Enquanto consumidores temos direitos e deveres, e enquanto vendedores existem direitos e deveres, os quais devem ser cumpridos!
Em suma desaconselhada esta pensão!!!

Old world charm, comfortable spotless clean rooms - showers and wash basin is ensuite and common toilet outside room. Steep stairs to room, if you have heavy luggage take it easy. Really appreciate the kitchen with complimentary coffee & tea.a Fridge to store milk, fruits, yogurt. Short walk from train station and the waterfront, check in Friendly manager Patricia was smooth and a house tour before getting your keys. A wonderful 2 nights stay.

The guest house is above a shop. With the entrance to the stairs in between as per the photo. The hosts running it live on the top floor and are helpful. The rooms are basic but very well looked after... Thecroof is a great place for breakfast or a place to chill. It is barely 50 metres from the msin area on the sea front. It's a great spot and very well priced....I have included a couple of photos of some very nice restaurants close by. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Plus a really very nice Sport's bar close by.

Accueille chaleureux, hôtel très propre, superbe terrasse avec une belle vue et équipé d'un barbecue gaz, cuisine implacable, très très bien placé. manque juste une machine a laver le linge.

L’accueil n’a pas été très agréable, pas de climatisation, difficile de dormir,
Le roof-top est pas mal et l’emplacement est bien mais ça ne vaut pas 90€ la nuit..

Très bel appartement, très bien équipé.
Accueil au top. Propreté également.
Toit terrasse cosy. Proche des restaurants et des activités.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé.

Finally made it back to olaho after 3 years due to the pandemic. The room is basic but serves it's purpose. It is central to everything that olaho has to offer. All the bars and restaurants very close. A shared kitchen is available for your use. It's very clean and it has all you need. Above that is the roof terrace with awesome views of the town and the river. An excellent place to be based.

Sehr gute Lage - das Personal spricht gut Englisch - die Zimmer stehen im Verhältnis zum Preis????

Chambre très propre.
Une superbe terrasse panoramique avec une très belle vue.
Les chambres n’ont pas de toilettes.
Du bruit provenant de la rue et des restaurants situés en bas des fenêtres.
Pension très bien située et bien desservie.

Les appartements sont très propres.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli.
Le personnel est très gentil et l emplacement est idéal en plein le centre d Olhao.
Je recommande .

Close to everything ????????????

This place is truly incredible. There's something about the 360° view rooftop (the photos don't do it justice), the friendly guests staying there (everyone says hello), the staff who really are so welcoming and helpful, the cleanliness, and the central location, that makes this place special and truly one of a kind. It has so much charm and personality.

Last time I travelled alone and was in a room on the first floor, but this second time (a year later) I came with my girlfriend and we stayed in the apartment suite on the third floor. I can't recommend the apartment suite enough for couples (or anyone for that matter). It is fully contained with its own kitchen, fridge/freezer, double bed, bathroom, dining table, and very spacious. You can get a wonderful fresh breeze coming through when you open the windows. We couldn't stop smiling when we moved in.

Both times I've stayed here the whole place, including communal areas, was kept immaculately clean. It felt so nice to come back to each day, in fact sometimes we wouldn't leave and would just enjoy a drink, or the sun, or a book, or the sunset on the rooftop.

There is a cupboard full of sun umbrellas free to use and return at the end of the day, which I recommend.

I could go on and on about how special this place is and look forward to coming back again.

As a seasoned traveler, I've stayed at countless hotels over the years. However, it's not every day that I come across a place that leaves such a lasting familiar and welcoming impression on me. Pension Bicuar, nestled in the heart of the picturesque town, has managed to do just that. The beautiful property, with its pristine rooms and unparalleled hospitality, has made our stay nothing short of a dream.

From the moment we arrived, Raquel, welcomed us with kindly. Her warmth and friendliness instantly made us feel at home. Not only did she provide us with essential ferry timings, but she also gifted us to a nice Portuguese wine - a true testament to her thoughtfulness. Moreover, she went the extra mile by guiding us to a much closer and nicer supermarket than Lidl, which we had been walked quite far to. Her suggestions were spot-on and made our daily errands a breeze.

Harma, another lovely team member, never failed to greet us with a bright smile each morning and send us off with warm wishes for the day. Her dedication to making our stay a pleasant one was evident. When we were unsure about the directions to the ferries and boats, Harma stepped in and graciously showed us the correct way, saving us from heading in the opposite direction.

Pension Bicuar's meticulous attention to detail is reflected in their impeccably clean and well-stocked rooms. The staff's incredible local knowledge and genuine care for their guests' needs made our stay an unforgettable experience. When we realized we had forgotten our beach towels, the team at Pension Bicuar graciously lent us some, turning what could have been an inconvenience into a non-issue.

The hotel's prime location puts everything you need within easy reach. Our third-floor room offered a lovely vantage point from which to enjoy the surroundings. As we approach our eighth and final night here, I can't help but feel a pang of sadness at the thought of leaving this delightful haven.

In conclusion, our stay at Pension Bicuar has been nothing short of extraordinary. The exceptional hospitality, pristine accommodations, and convenient location have made this trip an absolute pleasure. I cannot recommend Pension Bicuar highly enough, and I eagerly look forward to returning next year. Thank you, Raquel, Harma, and the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cette super pension, très calme et parfaitement située. Propreté impeccable, aussi dans la cuisine commune. La terrasse sur le toit est simplement incroyable pour admirer le coucher de soleil! Nous recommandons absolument !

Great stay perfect location.

Je recommende fortement cet endroit, parfait pour séjourner à Olhão. L’emplacement est parfait pour se rendre pratiquement n’importe où dans la ville en moins de 10 minutes à pied. L’établissement est très propre et le service que nous avons reçu était parfait! La terrasse sur le toit est un incontournable avec sa vue magnifique et les couchers de soleils à couper le souffle. Très satisfaits de notre séjour au Pensão Bicuar !

War diesmal zu zweit es war wieder wunderschön, Personal war wieder sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer wieder sehr sauber.Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Litet o mysigt o mycket bra pris. Läget toppen. Denna gång inte väder för terrassen men det blir nästa gång. Vi återkommer absolut. / ????????

Tout est fait pour Que l'on s'y sente bien, les chambres sont bien aménagés et nous avions la douche à l'intérieur (ce qui est rare pour une auberge). C'est plutot une maison d'hôte qu'une auberge de jeunesse je dirais : il y a plutot des couples et des familles mais le cadre est reposant et tout est bien insonorisé, meme si on entend les bruits de la rue piétonne ce n'est pas dérangeant. Le rooftop est incroyable.
Le seul petit bémol serait le frigo qui est toujours rempli et il est difficile de se trouver une place (si il faut vraiment trouver un point négatif).
L'accueil est chaleureuse et les gerants sont très sympas.
J'y retournerais sûrement !
