Good hotel. Very clean and good location near restaurants and public transit. The Plateau area is lovely. Easy to get to the tourist attractions too. The sound proofing was good. You can hear a little noise from the busy road, but it’s not terrible. Staff speaks English well.

Excelente opción. La ubicación (515) fue acogedora y limpia, la tina del baño es funcional y de rápido llenado. La calefacción funciona bien pues permite encontrar ese equilibrio en la temperatura y rápidamente. El Internet es veloz y estable. Todo está cerca, la atención del personal muy amable. Hay personas que hablan español en recepción. Uno se siente seguro en el hotel. Gracias.

Currently staying here and surprised with how good it is, especially for the price we paid (similar to the downtown Hilton Garden Inn or Courtyard). The standard room is spacious with a Nespresso machine and nicely sized bathroom. Shower pressure and temperature are excellent. Housekeeping is every day without needing to request, fairly unique for a hotel in this class.

The bar is nice in the evening with reasonable prices, and the onsite Avis was perfect for us dropping off our car after the trip up. They have a decent gym as well for a hotel gym.

Location is good - not necessarily next to much, but within a short walk to the places you'll want to go as a tourist - Old Town, Quartier des spectacles, Le Village, and the restaurant rows just North and East of the hotel.

Some reviews mention noise but it according to the front desk, the nightclub next door has closed.

Looking forward to returning!

Better bathroom lighting would be an improvement for those applying makeup, otherwise the room was wonderful - comfortable beds, tv allowing one to cast from one's personal device.

Also, arrival instructions could be improved. I circled the hotel twice after dark before I parked across the street at the gas station for checking in.

I'd also note there is only 1 viable parking option: valet. We walked, taxi'd, used uber and uses the green line subway for a 10 minute ride to the biodome. Our car was safe in the valet, so that is a plus (luxury suv).

Je mets 4 étoiles à cause du manque de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre. Si vous avez soif, il faudra prévoir 4$ pour une petite bouteille d’eau avec le room service. Vraiment dommage au vu du prix de la chambre.

Hotel 10 delivered on all of its promises. The Valet parking is a very nice touch. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were professional and very polite. The location is great as we walked almost everywhere for some exercise. Old Montreal is an easy 30 minute walk. There is also an ESSO across the street for last minute items. Breakfast at the hotel was great.

Easy to find hotel and great location to many restaurants. There was no food service or bar at our arrival. We were able to get the room 1 hr earlier(3pm).
The valets were very friendly , the front desk at departure was a real gem.
Parking indoor was expensive on top of tipping the valet.
The room is good BUT no way to charge our electronics when we dont have our wall charger. Location is worth the stay.

The bead was quite stiff, and room service didn't come till around 3. When we got here the sheets were dirty and we had to get them changed. Though the lobby is really nice as there is a puzzle, chess board, and tick tac toe along with comfy chairs

Hotel faisant des fêtes bruyantes qui dérangent tout le voisinage. Les clients des chambres sont collés dessus et doivent entendre encore plus fort. A proscrire.

Great hotel with friendly staff and good service. 2 things to consider
The check-in is a bit late (4 pm).
Cleaning in rooms is late too (3rd floor room was cleaned around 2~3 pm).

Breakfast is nice with freshly cooked omelet, bacon, and sausages as well as fresh fruits, cereal, yogurts, and toasts.

If I had an option to put half stars, it would be 4.5
