Si tous les hôtels pouvaient avoir un accueil comme ça.
La chambre est très confortable et le service impeccable.
Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de tester le restaurant mais ce n'est pas l'envie qui manquait !!
Je tiens à saluer le professionnalisme, la gentillesse et la bienveillance de toute l’équipe. Ils ont rendu notre séjour unique en étant aux petits soins à chaque instant.
Pour l’anniversaire de mon chéri, ils ont non seulement répondu à mes demandes avec précision, mais ont aussi surpassé mes attentes en ajoutant des attentions personnelles comme des bougies, transformant une soirée spéciale en un moment inoubliable.
Chaque membre du personnel fait preuve d’un dévouement remarquable, et cela se ressent dans chaque détail. Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux et votre souci constant de perfection. Vous êtes la définition même d’un service cinq étoiles !
- Super propre, chambre incroyable (qu'ils nous ont surclassés comme cadeau d'anniversaire...merci !).
- Très bon emplacement : 5 minutes à pied d'un train et 20 minutes à pied dans n'importe quelle direction vers une grande variété de quartiers.
Si vous aimez le tourisme de quartier de type Air BnB, c'est un excellent choix. De plus, vous soutenez une entreprise familiale locale !
Nous avons également dîné au restaurant éthiopien situé en bas de l'immeuble lors de notre première nuit et c'était également excellent !
For the price ($300+/night)this hotel is incredibly disappointing. During our stay they had construction going on above us, causing noise, and debris to fall into our room and didnt tell us there would be construction until the debris had been noticed.
One of the major issues we had was cleanliness, construction debris we can understand however the cupboards had dirt in them, the bathroom had spider webs.
Second major issue was the Jacuzzi, seeing as I paid extra for this room I'd hope they offered something that worked. The shower would spray outside the tub causing you to clean the very wet floor after every shower, the spray nozzle for the Jacuzzi didn't have the option to just use that, stepping into the tub it would make noises as if it was not secured properly and youd worry that you'd fall through.
Other things to note,
This hotel is very stingy, for the price you pay you'd expect to be offered amenities for the length of your stay, we had to request new bathrobes when the cleaner took our old ones, had to request new soap when the cleaner threw the empty one out and we received shampoo, lotion, and conditioner instead of shower gel.
The electrical in the bathroom is shot and when dimming the lights they turn on and off, but also randomly flicker while you're in there.
Plug in behind the bed would act up and reset the alarm clock next to the bed and messed with our phone chargers.
First bathrobe when arriving had a hole in it.
You don't get access to the remote for the mini split (you pay enough for the room, you should be able to control the temp)
Patio door doesn't lock leaving you concerned for your safety while there.
Garbages weren't emptied every day, leaving us with a full garbage during our stay.
When advising staff of some of these items, they had to come up to "verify", which is disruptive and frankly insulting. Why would someone lie about having no bathrobe or soap.
Seeing as some of these are minor items, we did not mention every one of them during our stay. The items we did mention were things that Inconvenienced us the most, and although staff, after verifying were quick to bring the items to us, the verification process took extra time away from us enjoying our meals and downtime.
Staff were polite however these items shouldn't have been missed in the first place, maybe they can come up with a better process to bringing clients items missing (aka bring the item up WITH you when you do verification)
I am disappointed in my stay at this hotel as I would have gotten better service at a chain hotel. A chain hotel would have advised us in advance of any maintenance/construction occurring during the length of your stay and would have offered a significant discount or a free nights stay. I do understand these things can pop up suddenly however do not feel paying full price with the amount of noise and debris was fair. If this was construction as they advised us, it would have been planned prior to our arrival and we should have been notified.
Le lit king size ainsi que la literie étaient vraiment confortables et doux.
La baignoire spa est très agréable bien qu'un peu petite. Le petit bémol : la douche. Impossible de régler la température correctement : soit trop chaud soit trop froid....
Service très professionnel et agréable.
Une belle adresse malgré un prix tout de même assez onéreux.
And the restaurant downstairs is my new favorite, I would go to Montreal just for this experience
