Átutazás miatt kerestünk szállást, ami közel fekszik a vasútállomáshoz. Remek döntés volt. Segítőkész személyzet, tisztaság, finom, bőséges reggeli várt minket. Egyedüli hátránya a szállásnak, hogy sajnos nagyon behallatszódnak a folyosó hangjai. Ezt leszámítva mindennel elégedettek voltunk.

Great location next to the station and the buses which go to and from the airport. Comfortable room. Very nice helpful staff. Will definitely stay here in future.

Room was very clean and a good size. It was located on the 6th floor, with a very quick lift. The only minor issues were that there was only one pillow, which was not very comfortable, although we asked reception for extra pillows which they provided immediately. The main room could also benefit with a mirror, although there was one in the bathroom. Overall, we would use B&B Hotels again.

Vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria di Genova Piazza Principe. Bello dentro, vista mare ai piani alti lato sud. La sera in zona non c'è nulla.

酒店位置甚佳，距離火車站只有3分鐘路程，員工友善有禮，房間設備一般，燈光較為暗淡，隔音設備有待改善，自助早餐的牛角包非常美味，值得稱讚。

Das Hotel liegt zentral am Bahnhof. Das Zimmer war, da ein altes Gebäude größer als erwartet. Der Waschtisch befindet sich im Zimmer, das war gewöhnungsbedürtig, aber okay. Leider gab es da über dem Spiegel kein Licht. Das muss bitte verbessert werden. Sonst gerne wieder.

Hôtel parfaitement situé, de construction récente, plutôt dans le haut de la gamme par rapport aux prestations de la chaîne. Service d'une grande amabilité, propreté impeccable. Chambre très spacieuse avec parquet ancien conservé. Seul bémol matelas dur et cabine de douche entrée de gamme qui vieillit prématurément.

Purtroppo albergo molto rumoroso di notte! Frequentato da scolaresche e giovani turisti… urla e grida, corse nei corridoi in mezzo alla notte! Musica a tutto spiano nelle camere! Peccato.. ho passato 5 notti e tutte le notti erano rumorose fino a mezzanotte e oltre. Per poi riprendere la mattina prestissimo con le partenze!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per una notte e tutto è stato perfetto. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e cortese, la camera era molto spaziosa, silenziosa e con ogni comfort, la colazione era abbondante con (anche) prodotti bio e vegani buonissimi. La posizione estremamente vicina alla stazione lo rende un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare il centro di Genova, raggiungibile a piedi.
Estremamente consigliato!

Siamo appena rientrati dalle vacanze pasquali, abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni. L’hotel situato in un palazzo d’epoca , a primo impatto non ci ha rassicurati, ma poi ci siamo ricreduti. L’albergo ha molte camere con il lavabo in camera e non in bagno, ci hanno detto “alla genovese”. Abbiamo chiesto una camera tradizionale e il personale preposto è venuto subito incontro alle nostre richieste. La camera assegnata pur molto semplice, era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole e sebbene fossimo nei pressi della stazione Principe e di una strada trafficata, è risultata assolutamente silenziosa grazie a finestre ermetiche. Abbiamo dormito benissimo, il letto per noi da 10 e lode. Ottima e molto varia la colazione servita in una bella sala. Utile la possibilità di acquistare in loco cibo refrigerato o merce di varia necessità e di potersi preparare autonomamente una bevanda calda in una apposita sala. Posizione strategica perché non lontana dal porto e servita da tutti i mezzi, treni, metro, bus. Comodissimo per chi si muove senza auto. Prezzo da 4stelle.
Ci ritornerei volentieri.

Ottima posizione di fronte alla stazione Principe e molto vicina a via Pre, vai Balbi e via Gramsci per raggiungere il centro storico e il porto antico. L'hotel si trova in un palazzo d'epoca. Stanza di medie dimensioni, con arredo curato. Bagno molto piccolo con lavandino dislocato nella stanza. Buono il livello di pulizia.

Ho soggiornato due notti in questa struttura comodissima alla stazione di Genova principe. Struttura nuova e pulitissima con staff giovane e preparato. Complimenti per la gentilezza a Lorenzo e Chiara, e a Karen che ogni mattina per la colazione ci accoglieva sempre col sorriso. Consiglieremo ad amici e se dovessimo tornare in zona torneremo sicuramente.

Hotel in posizione comoda alla stazione e al centro. Personale al ricevimento, Chiara e Lorenzo, gentili e disponibili. Buffet della colazione abbondante e molto vario.

Extremely disappointed with our stay at B&B piazza principe. Our room on the 5th floor was humid causing mold and fungus. Matters only got worse when it began to rain outside as the water started sapping into the room (which you could see from the painted over mold stains above and around the windows). You take a shower in the morning and the mirror is still fogged up in the evening. You put a towel on the bed and the next day half of the bed is damp from the moisture. We tried turning on the air conditioning but not surprisingly the A/C unit is molded as well and made the room stink. There is a ventilation vent in the bathroom and a switch to turn on the fan but it did not work. We reported the issues to the reception desk, who unfortunately shrugged it off and said that if our towels are not drying they can give us new towels (which they thankfully did).

On the plus side: perfect location right next to the train station. Good breakfast.

We have stayed at several other B&B locations (our most memorable being at Tre Croci) and unfortunately this one does not live up to the name.

Buonissimo hotel di fianco alla stazione, darsena e metro dove si può andare tranquillamente in centro.
Camere pulite anche se non tutte belle, dipende da quale capita.
Ottima colazione e personale gentilissimo.

Ótima experiência em nossa estadia, quarto amplo, arejado e limpo, café da manhã ótimo, só fica a desejar a máquina de sucos( muito ralo todos dos sucos) ! Quanto ao quarto, único ponto negativo foi que o edredom ( cobre leito , que tb é usado para cobrir não estava limpo)!
