Le cycle des arbres donne une proximité entre le touriste et la ville, j'ai beaucoup aimé. J'ai également eu le meilleur guide de mon voyage autour de la Méditerranée. Luciana est excellente, en plus de transmettre les informations, elle les agrémente d'anecdotes et de curiosités qui rendent la balade très agréable. Elle est également très serviable et amicale. Je la recommande pour une visite divertissante et pour rencontrer une bonne personne. Merci Luciana ! Je n'oublierai jamais Gênes.

Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette visite. Gavino est un super guide et nous a montré les plus beaux endroits de Gênes. Nous avons appris beaucoup de choses sur la ville.

Visite de Riksja. Ma mère, ma sœur et moi sommes allées à Gênes, la ville la plus merveilleuse que nous ayons jamais vue. L'entreprise Treecycle, qui se trouvait à côté de notre bateau de croisière, nous a recommandé un tour en riksja, un vélo de ville qui nous guiderait à travers Gênes. La fille (Erica) a été très serviable et nous a dit que son amie Luciana nous guiderait ce jour-là. Gênes est une ville magnifique, historique, époustouflante avec des rues étroites et des petites places. Notre guide Luciana, une fille chaleureuse et gentille d'Argentine, nous a raconté des histoires intéressantes sur la ville. Gênes est une ville à couper le souffle qu'il faut absolument voir. Et si c'est le cas, n'hésitez pas à faire un tour avec Treecycle. Votre voyage n'en sera que plus complet.

Treecycle a réalisé l'un de mes plus grands souhaits ! Être mon "char" spécial pour mon mariage ! J'ai toujours aimé les vélos et comme le déplacement entre la maison, l'église et la réception se ferait le long du Corso Italia, comment les pousse-pousse ne seraient-ils pas le moyen de transport le plus approprié ? C'est ainsi que j'ai trouvé Treecycle ! Contactés d'abord par e-mail, ils ont toujours été prêts à répondre à toutes mes demandes. Rapidité, précision, clarté, fiabilité et gentillesse sont les adjectifs qui les caractérisent le mieux. Et ils ont pensé à tout : fleurs, décorations et panneau ! Tout était parfait ! Il ne me reste plus qu'à leur rendre visite pour un tour d'allée ! Merci encore d'avoir réalisé mon rêve et de m'avoir offert un moment excitant et insouciant pour mon plus grand jour ! A bientôt !!!

Quelle belle excursion à vélo. Le guide Renate (local) avait beaucoup de choses à raconter et avait parfois ses propres idées sur de vieilles histoires, ce qui était agréable à entendre. Le rythme était agréable avec les vélos électriques. La pluie nous a obligés à nous abriter, mais cela n'a pas empêché de passer du bon temps. Nous sommes également sortis de la ville pour nous rendre à Boccadasse. C'est magnifique. En bref, très recommandé.

We LOVED our tour with Gavino! He was super knowledgeable and fun. Made it interesting for adults and teenagers. We saw so much more of Genova than expected and was a highlight of our trip for sure!

Un' esperienza bellissima!! Abbiamo prenotato questo tour nella speranza di vedere Genova sotto da punto di vista differente.....e siamo stati assolutamente soddisfatti!
La nostra pedalatrice ci ha raccontato aneddoti stimolanti che neppure io e la mia compagna conoscevamo. Girare tra i vicoletti , con i suoi odori e colori ha reso questo vacanza indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo!

Great tour of Genova with our tour guide Renato. He shared the right amount of history/knowledge - not too much, not too little. The e-bikes were great…especially on the hills! Would not recommend to someone who is not confident on a bike - even though the e-bikes make it easier, you still have to make some tight turns and ride the bikes through crowds of people. Renato did a great job signaling and making us feel safe. Only small negative was that he did not stop for many pictures, but we could’ve asked for more.

Una maravilla. Hicimos ruta en E-bike algunos y tuk-tuk otros. Ambas actividades fenomenales. Gavino y Lupe que fueron los guías, espléndidos. Sabían mucho de historia y arte. Cualquier cosa que preguntabas, sabían y te indicaban. Las bicis nuevísimas y en perfecto estado. Lo dicho, un 10 a todo. Gracias treecycle.

We had the best time on our tour! My son had an unexpected wrist issue and we had planned to all do the e-bikes, but since that wasn't going to work for us, we called to see if there were other options. The contact offered to let 2 of us still use the e-bikes and the kids (12 & 17) ride in the rickshaw and we still had a fantastic 1 hour tour of the city with our awesome guide, Eliza. We enjoyed her stories so much! She was so engaging, funny, knowledgeable, really great experience and I would highly recommend booking with this wonderful business! The e-bikes were very easy to use and I was really pleased we were able to make this work for our situation! Thank you to everyone at Treecycle!

Five stars isn’t enough! My daughter and I had an absolute blast on our ride with Elisa. The rickshaw was able to get places you can’t get with a cab, navigating through winding alleys and streets. Elisa was so knowledgeable and engaging my 9-yr old was interested the whole time. Elisa gave us great information, took us to get wonderful food and really made our tour spectacular. Plenty of opportunities to stop and take photos if you wish. It is pricey but absolutely worth it. If you are visiting Genoa make sure to take advantage of this service and be sure to request Elisa.

Le guide était super, il parlait bien français, il connaissait beaucoup de chose sur l’histoire de la ville et il avait des anecdotes très intéressantes, et la visite était tout aussi bien!
Je conseille fortement cette balade.

Today we have done this tour. The experience was beyond expectations. In a 2 hour ride you are shown the finer details of the centro storico of Genua. Because it is by tricycle bike we visited alleys and piazzas that are unable to reach by bus, or even by taxi. The driver is an authentic Genovese who shows his tremendous knowledge (and love) of the city. There is plenty room for questions and interaction. Although not cheap, it is very good value for money. Very recommendable!

Not a well run business and not good for solo travellers. Their website does not provide any details as far as tour availbility - "Book Tour" just leads you to a generic contact form for you to fill out. The form only lets you choose 2 or more bicycles to rent.

The website also says you can stop by their location and book in person. I did that and there was just one dude there smoking a cigarette who only speaks Italian. Their website and marketing materials are multilingual, so this was very surprising.

I ended up using the form and specifying in the comments that I would like a tour for 1 bike. They replied via email quickly, proposing either joining the tour that was about to start or the 13:00 tour. I replied saying that the 13:00 works for me. I showed up again at that time. There was an English speaker there, but the staff there had no knowledge of my email communication. There was no 13:00 tour - I was the only one there. The next availability with other people would be 2 days away. And they had to call someone on the phone to get this information to me. Overall, a waste of time.

This is not directed at the knowledgable tour guides or their content - I wish I got the smooth experience other reviewers had. I truly hope Treecycle fixes their disorganized and unprofessional operations. Until then, I would not recommend this tour company.

EDIT - Updated rating to be higher after talking with the business. They attempted to resolve the issues and were very accommodating. I couldn't make it to the time proposed but I appreciate the customer service.

This was a fantastic experience! Our guide was very knowledgeable, kind and willing to stop where we wanted to! She also took photos of us that were fantastic! I feel like we got to see all of the highlights of the city with ease!
