Owners are very nice and attentive to needs. Rooms are very clean. Very close to train station and walking distance to very nice restaurants and shopping

Belle chambre spacieuse et très confortable. L hôte de maison Ombretta nous a très bien accueilli
L’emplacement est idéal pr ceux qui prennent le train pr les 5 terres et à 10 mns du port pr les excursions.

Hébergement situé à 5 minutes de la gare dans une rue calme. Les chambres sont modernes et très propres. L’hôte est très gentille, arrangeante et de bons conseils.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la estación. Departamento súper confortable, con muy buen gusto y todo de excelente calidad. Vista a la calle con balcon. Claudio un anfitrión de primera, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin dudas lo recomendaremos

L'unica nota positiva era la vicinanza alla stazione, per il resto stanza minuscola e non parliamo della posizione dei sanitari, troppo ravvicinati. Informazioni non complete, tipo pulizia camera alle 10.00..

Perfect experience, Andrea is an amazing host ! The place is welcoming, rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Ideal location in the city center of La Spezia. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back.
