Délicieux Bed & Breakfast au cœur de Corniglia. Avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et les paysages des Cinque Terre, les chambres, maisons et appartements sont parfaits pour les familles ou les groupes d'amis qui désirent un peu d'indépendance. Accueil charmant de la part de la propriétaire, toujours prête à dispenser ses bons conseils pour une découverte parfaite de son pays. Très bon rapport qualité-prix, qu'on ne peut que recommander. Le plus : le jardin très agréable où l'on peut paresser, avec des bains bouillonnants à disposition sur réservation.

I got a terrible flight delayed for 12 hours. But cause I was looking forward to spend a relax time in this hotel and the area. So I still managed to arrive Italy. However, after I arrived, there was a train strike happening in Italy. All the trains which could take me to Corniglia, where this hotel located was canceled. But I still did my best to arrive the closest spot, Monterosso al Mare, where was 2 stops away.
However, after arrived the station, the trains there were also canceled in the last minute. And even the taxis were not working in late evening. I tried to call them at first but no one picked up. Then I messaged them through Booking.com around midnight. I asked them if it was possible for them to pick me up since no taxis and trains at all. None of the transportation was working in that area.
I did understand it was an unusual proposal for hotels. But I was also wondering who else when we travel can ask for assistance? Especially there is NO transportation in a seaside area? And every hotel in that area even closed the front door already when it was in the late evening.
The response I got from this hotel was, ““Are you kidding? Who do you want to come to at this time??? See if you can find a hotel in Monterosso.” It was an incredibly rude, disrespectful and unprofessional reaction from a high-rating hotels.
I was literally speechless about their attitude. And they still refused to refund anything due to nothing was their fault. But neither did I.
A noter quand même que le breakfast n'est pas disponible... Mais l'offre ne manque pas à quelques pas pour un bon déjeuner sur une terrasse (une autre).
