Avis B&B LE TERRAZZE Corniglia

Très bel appartement au cœur de Corniglia. Vue mer incroyable. Merci à l’hôte de nous y avoir accompagné malgré le nombre de marches à monter pour y accéder ! Literie confortable avec grand lit et matelas ferme. Beaucoup de linge de maison était fourni ainsi que les essentiels de toilette. Rapport qualité/prix excellent !

The location and property is lovely but the service is horrible. AC not working in this extreme heat, just 1 AC between 2 bedrooms and mainly the host Mariangela is racist, used words like in your country you don’t have AC when we complained about the AC not working and requested for fans. The price we paid was decent but the service we got was pathetic.

Siamo due amiche, abbiamo terminato un soggiorno di tre giorni. Il b&b delle signore Mariangela e Nadia abbiamo trovato un alloggio splendido: molto pulito, con una vista mare mozzafiato, con in dotazione tavoli sedie sdraio tutte in ottime condizioni. La cucina funzionale pulita e molto accessoriata. La camera con armadi ampi e letti molto comodi con addirittura doppi cuscini (difficile da trovare). Il bagno, seppur non grandissimo, estremente pulito con ogni tipo di asciugamani a disposizione, con scorte di tutto l occorrente dei bagni. L alloggio situato nel cuore di corniglia ma nello stesso tempo situato nella pace che si cerca in una vacanza. Le signore proprietarie molto disponibili per tutte le necessità, cordiali e gentili e questo alloggio noi lo consigliamo vivamente sperando di poterci tornare presto!!

It is a very beautiful place with a pretty garden and lots of space with different sitting areas on the terrace and in the garden. Nice view into the hills and to the sea. The hosts Mariangela and Nadia are very nice and helpful people. We enjoyed our vacation there very much. The apartment has everything you need, it is tidy and clean and decorated very nicely with lots of tiny details.

Warning. Everything about this hotel is very unpleasant. Especially the attitude from the staffs was extremely unprofessional and rude.

I got a terrible flight delayed for 12 hours. But cause I was looking forward to spend a relax time in this hotel and the area. So I still managed to arrive Italy. However, after I arrived, there was a train strike happening in Italy. All the trains which could take me to Corniglia, where this hotel located was canceled. But I still did my best to arrive the closest spot, Monterosso al Mare, where was 2 stops away.

However, after arrived the station, the trains there were also canceled in the last minute. And even the taxis were not working in late evening. I tried to call them at first but no one picked up. Then I messaged them through Booking.com around midnight. I asked them if it was possible for them to pick me up since no taxis and trains at all. None of the transportation was working in that area.

I did understand it was an unusual proposal for hotels. But I was also wondering who else when we travel can ask for assistance? Especially there is NO transportation in a seaside area? And every hotel in that area even closed the front door already when it was in the late evening.

The response I got from this hotel was, ““Are you kidding? Who do you want to come to at this time??? See if you can find a hotel in Monterosso.” It was an incredibly rude, disrespectful and unprofessional reaction from a high-rating hotels.

I was literally speechless about their attitude. And they still refused to refund anything due to nothing was their fault. But neither did I.

En plus des chambres aménagées avec goût et charme, il faut ajouter, pour les 2 se trouvant au niveau inférieur, la terrasse (les terrasses même) de plein pied, offrant un cadre idéal pour un instant de repos.
A noter quand même que le breakfast n'est pas disponible... Mais l'offre ne manque pas à quelques pas pour un bon déjeuner sur une terrasse (une autre).
