My boyfriend and I did the wine tour with Alexandro in Manarola. He told us all about the town and the history of CinqueTerre, brought us to his wine yard, explained everything about it and then we went to the cellar to see how he makes his wine. We had taste of wine with focaccia. It was amazing. I definitely recommend it.

My wife and I did the all day Cinque Terre Azure Sailing Tour. We had an amazing time! It was a large sailboat with bathroom aboard. The captain and first mate (if those are the correct terms) were very friendly and pointed out all of the towns and things to see while we sailed up from La Spezia and saw all 5 of the "Cinque Terre" villages. What a great way to see everything! We highly recommend this tour and found it a good value for money. Lunch and drinks (including wine and beer!) were included. We had a delicious lunch with all local specialties!

Read the fine print! I looked at the lovely photos online and was looking forward to our lovely 3 bedroom apartment with an ocean view.
The business actually manages several apartments, and the photos are nothing like the one we received.
It was high up the hill, with no ocean view, unattractive, mismatched furnishing, broken shutters, and ineffective air conditioning. (We received a lesson in how to use it, and followed the detailed instructions, but it did not appear to work.
The service was lovely, but at 230 Euro per night, and in the middle of winter, this is one of the least pleasant and most expensive places we have stayed. Disappointing compared to the many other beautiful experiences in Italy.
Thankfully we were only here for one night.

Super incompetent staff. We asked a week before our arrival if the trails were open and none of the staff seemed to know any details on the status of them being open. We arrived and the trails had been closed for 3 weeks prior. This information should have been easily accessible for the staff to figure out. They did not know the prices of the trains or any correct information on the parking. I would not trust any information that they provide as it's likely going to be incorrect.

Our stay at the Sciacchetra apartment was awesome. This place is located at one of highest points of the city and is quite a hike from the train station. I would recommend you ask for one of their porters to transport your luggage (and you) up the hill. However, once there, the view is staggering - over the painted city to the ocean and across the way to the walking path, vines and gardens. A glass of wine on the veranda at sunset is an unforgettable experience. Julia was most helpful, recommending a market to purchase food, area restaurants, and arranging a sunset cruise of the Cinque Terre. There church is just down the path so you are serenaded hourly by the lovely bells but they stop by 10 so your rest is undisturbed.
The apartment itself is small but functional with a small kitchen w/fridge & stove, living room, and a comfy bed. Since you're not going to spend much time in the apartment anyway, it is more than adequate as a comfortable and safe base from which to travel, explore the town, hike the hills, and reach the train station. Our check-in and out was expeditious and Julia was reachable by text and provided prompt service and support. Would definitely recommend Arbaspaa.

Croisière pour visiter les Cinq Terres sur un voilier qui a navigué pratiquement toujours au moteur car la tentative à la voile a révélée l'inexpérience du skipper. Pas de guide en anglais comme annoncé mais juste la skipper qui avait du mal ,à répondre aux questions et ne pouvait pas aligner deux mots en anglais d'affilé.

Took the sunset boat tour with skipper Tony and had a blast. It was also with a fun group of people. Tony was a very fun guy and he definitely vibed with the group. He turned the boat around at a couple of villages and let each individual group go to the front of the boat for photos. We also stopped to swim a couple of times. The water was so amazing and the prettiest blue color. He had plenty of beers and Prosecco for us and also had focaccia about half way through the trip. Highly recommend!

Took the winery tour and our guide, Margarita was phenomenal, very knowledgeable and passionate about wine making in the Cinque Terre region. Would recommend to anyone who wants to learn more about what was once the backbone of the economy in this area along with being able to taste some amazing wines.

A sunset cruise from Manarola to Vernazza with an intimate group. We enjoyed complimentary wine and soft drinks with the running commentary from a local guide. The historical and cultural dialogue wonderfully complimented the natural beauty of the terraced cliffs falling into the Ligurian Sea in the dying light. I cannot recommend this trip highly enough for those lucky enough to find themselves staying in the Manarola, the most beautiful village in the cinque terra and all of Italy.

This is a review for the apartments for rent only.

The first apartment we got which was Studio Lucio was spacious with a balcony and a lovely view. It was centrally located in Manarola and only partway up the giant hill. However, it had a bit of a mold problem including in the heater/AC unit. Hopefully they address that. The location was good and it had a microwave which was the only one we’ve seen in 4 weeks. However, my husband has asthma and was too high risk for the mold so we asked to switch apartments. They did so without question.

The second apartment we got was called Albarola. It was in a great location at the top of town so away from much of the hubbub also with a great view. It had 2 floors and a private garden terrace. It also had a mostly full kitchen except the gas stove wasn’t working so there was a hot plate. The bed was quite comfortable. The only thing to know about this place is that it is right below the bell tower which rings every 30 mins from 7am to 9:30pm.

We took a sunset cruise and the captain was Tony. It was a wonderful evening. We had great food and conversation and music and other refreshments. Tony was conversational with us and pleasant to be around. The ride itself going to the five towns of Cinque Terre was spectacular. The sunset was gorgeous and I especially enjoyed going in to Rio Maggiore at dusk and taking pictures. Get lots of pictures of the trip and overall it was a great evening for me and my wife.

We had such a great sunset cruise, led by our skipper Tony. The boat was so comfortable, the views were spectacular and Tony was a great guide to Cinque Terre and answered all our questions. Very easy to book your spot, reliable company, i recommend.

Μείναμε στο Luxury appartment Manarola by Arbaspaa. Ήταν διαμερισμα δυο δωματίων με το δεύτερο να υστερεί σημαντικά από το πρώτο. Το ποσό των 366 ευρώ ( τον 7/22) για ένα βράδυ με δωρεάν χρήση παρκινγκ μας φάνηκε πολύ ακριβό για το επίπεδο των δωματίων. Σίγουρα πληρώσαμε την υψηλή ζήτηση της περιόδου.

Wir hatten Appartement Mediteraneo 2 gebucht mit Zugang über SEHR steile hohe Treppen (gewisse Kraft für Koffer muss vorhanden sein!). Kleiner Balkon 80 cm Nutzbreite mit zwei Stühlen, Meerblick vorhanden.Handtücher waren nicht vorhanden, wurden aber auf Anfrage am nächsten Tag nachgeliefert.

Folgende, trotz Reklamation, am Abreisetag nicht behobene Schäden:
Badezimmer: keine Abluft da Ventilator kaputt, Feuchtigkeit wurde also ins Schlafzimmer gelüftet. Spiegel unterlaufen. Kacheln in der Dusche abgelöst mit Pilzflecken. Steckdose hing halb aus der Wand und unbenutzbar.
Schlafzimmer 1: kein Fenster. Keine Abstellmöglichkeit am Bett, Leselampen kaputt/Glühlampen fehlen. Also nur Flutlicht mit Neonröhren möglich. Eine "Staubsammelecke"( hier wird wohl nie gesaugt), eingestaubte Wände.
Küche: Lampe kaputt, Geschirrspüler mit Stoffresten verstopft. Inventar abgenutzt, renovierungsbedürftig.

Wonderful service. Communication was prompt and easy and the sunset boat tour I booked was a highlight of my holiday. Ilaria went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and Tony did overtime to provide us with the best experience. Would 100% recommend and book again. Grazie a tutti!
