Inauguré à l'été 2019, le Palazzo Experimental est le fruit d'une parfaite alchimie entre un palais Renaissance, le bon goût d'une décoratrice d'intérieur française et la signature de la chaîne hôtelière Experimental Group. 32 chambres et suites au confort hi-tech et au design dernier cri. Un restaurant aussi, qui contemple la Giudecca, ainsi qu'un bar à cocktail donnant le vertige tant par son cadre (entre terrasse sur les quais et patio) que par sa carte aux boissons extravagantes. Un condensé magique où s'exprime toute l'élégance d'une Venise postmoderne.

Located in the heart of the Dorsoduro quarter in Venice, the Palazzo is a wonderful retreat in the heart of the city. The rooms have a unique, chic vibe. The rear courtyard provides a great spot to sip a little wine or prosecco as you enjoy of the view of the canal. We enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast and we loved ending the day, sitting at a table near the water with one of the great hand crafted cocktails from their bar!

The first pictures are of the hotel bar which I thought was beautifully decorated giving strong 60s, retro vibes. Cocktails priced around 10-13 euro.
The last pictures are of the small cocktail bar that you can access through a door opposite the hotel reception. They have an extensive and interesting list of cocktails, that taste really good (priced around 13-15 Euro).
Apparently you can also enter the bar from the main side of the hotel entrance (see last pic).
I definitely recommend a visit.
