Scelto per la posizione ottima, anche se forse un pò caotica la notte, ma in vacanza tutto si può sopportare.
Se amate il vintage, gli edifici antichi che hanno una storia da raccontare, questo è il luogo giusto.
Un Hotel affascinante, dove anche la colazione con i vecchi piatti e bicchieri che riportano indietro nel tempo hanno il loro fascino e regalano una semplice e non convenzionale colazione.
Sicuramente un luogo dove tornerò volentieri.

A dir poco pessimo!!
Abbiamo pernottato 3 notti presso l' hotel e in tutto il soggiorno non abbiamo avuto acqua calda!
La prima volta che lo abbiamo comunicato alla reception ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero trasferiti in un altra camera, dove subito dopo abbiamo scoperto fosse già stata data ad altre persone. Subito dopo ci è stato detto di andare nella doccia di servizio, nella quale l acqua era sempre fredda (ci hanno fatto perdere 2 ore di tempo facendoci girare l hotel alla ricerca dell acqua calda inesistente)
Al momento del check out abbiamo parlato con il titolare dell hotel esponendogli il problema, il signore è stato molto maleducato con noi alzando il tono della voce..
Esperienza veramente orrenda e poco professionale!!
Non lo consiglio a nessuno!

The location of the hotel is good but.. it was the worst hotel I've visited in recent years... Rusty bathroom and uncomfortable bed. The AC doesn't work and the room is just old and it's far from "classy". Very unfriendly front desk staff. He needs to be professional. There is no hot food for breakfast. I have wonderful memories of the beautiful city of Pisa, but I will never visit this hotel again.

Cutre, cutre cutre, hotel viejo y anticuado, nada que ver con las fotos que aparecen en la web. En España esto no sería ni una pensión de las baratas. Le falta una buena restauración. Mi habitación con el suelo y el techo agrietado, el baño daba miedo, los muebles ni te digo, la puerta con llave y cerradura de las antiguas... Se oyen las cañerías del baño de la habitación de al lado. Fatal... Para Halloween una buena opción... La sorpresa ha sido al bajar a desayunar... No había nada, unos zumos, un poco de pan y 2 trozos de mortadela, hemos pedido si no había algo y nos han sacado 2 croissant. Es una lastima el abandono del hotel, pq tiene mucho encanto

✅ Localização muito central, a meio entre a Torre de Pisa e a estação de comboios. Staff simpático e atencioso. Pequeno-almoço fresco e variado, é suficiente.
❌ Muito barulho da rua e dos corredores, fraco isolamento acústico - ainda por cima, o nosso quarto era virado para uma rua de bares e restaurantes, com muito barulho à noite. Autoclismo do WC funcionava muito mal, sanita estava sempre entupida.

Un hotel pieno di storia... Ottima professionalità dello staff, ottima posizione.

Good lot history and good service

Meseszép, patinás, történelmi szálloda, mint egy Agatha Christe- regény. De!! A szobák nem alkalmasak arra, hogy hosszabb időt itt töltsünk. A fürdőszoba katasztrófa. A wc-t nem lehet lehúzni egymás után, csak miután 20 perc (!) után újra tölt a tartály. Zuhanyzáshoz meleg víz csak órák után folyik...vagy inkább csordogál. Éjszaka iszonyat hangos! A személyzet kedves, de a helyet nem ajánlom.

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Victorian Hotel. We also love to say a big thank you to Elisabetta, who helped made our stay really sweet and enjoyable. We also recommend exploring the hotel and checking out the different hallways, it is a museum after all. For those who are parking at the hotel, be sure to reserve in advance.

É um hotel pitoresco, com estacionamento. Vale pela experiência do hotel e localização.

Esperienza bruttissima. Le foto non corrispondono a quello che poi si trova in loco. Camera pienamente da ristrutturare per non parlare che abbiamo trovato l’asciugamano sporco e sopratutto il rumore che non ci ha fatto riposare tutta la notte.

Hotel ála 19.stoleti - super umístění a pravda je, že co se týče prostředí, je to pěkný. Máte chuť to tam celé prolézt a prozkoumat, jako kdybyste se procházeli v muzeu. Personál velmi milý, pokoje čisté, denně uklizené, voňavé. Má to ale jedno velké ALE.
Začnu tím nejhorším a to byla koupelna???? Nevím jak u ostatních pokojů, ale u nás voda spíš netekla než tekla a co se týče teploty vody, také žádná sláva. To samé jsme četli i v jiných recenzi. Takže umýt si vlasy by bylo na hodně dlouho. Sprchová hlavice byla nevzhledně prolezlá vodním kamenem a celkově koupelna by potřebovala renovaci. Pokojové zdi byly zašlé a působily špinavým dojmem. Je to velká Škoda, protože to kazí dojem jinak hezkého hotelu. Ještě musím zmínit dveře od pokoje. Pred odemčením těchto dveří si zajděte na kurz sebeovládání. Odemykani a zamykání, je záležitost na několik minut, než správně hluboko zasunete klíček a trefite se do správné polohy???? Navíc nejsou nijak utěsněné, a tím jak jsou zřejmě starší, tak je to v podstatě jako kdyby jste spali na chodbě.
Pokud to shrnu - hotel jako takový fajn. Na prespani to stačí. Nicmene pokoje, které jsou ve stavu jako byl ten náš bych nejdříve opravila, než tam začnu ubytovavat. Nepůsobí to hezkým dojmem.

This hotel was definitely a surprise once you get inside. It is very old and historic however in a good way. The hotel has beautiful tiled floors on all levels and is completely decorated in Italian history. The room we stayed in had a gorgeous view of the leaning tower of Pisa. The breakfast was ok as it was just a continental breakfast only however still nice. The only downside was the bathrooms in the rooms were dated and could do with a refurb however I would 100% stay again in the future.

Un lieu qui vous ramène à la fin du 19e début du 20e siècle. La vue sur Pise et sur le fleuve est magnifique. La salle du petit petit-déjeuner et le petit-déjeuner sont très bien. L'accueil est chaleureux. Attention, réserver le parking à l'avance sinon vous devrez garer votre voiture sur un parking public payant. La chambre et la salle de bain sont dans l'esprit du temps. Elles pourraient être rénovées sans impacter leur authenticité

Also meiner Meinung gehört vieles verändert!!Das damit verdiente Geld kommt anscheinend nicht den Hotel zu gute sondern....Man wird jeden Morgen um 6 Uhr 7 Uhr geweckt von der Putzfrau was eine absolute Katastrophe ist der Schlaf ist mir extrem wichtig!Und was auch eine Katastrophe ist, es gibt im Bad nur lauwarmes Wasser und manchmal ist es einfach nur eiskalt!!!!!!!!Die Zimmer waren schmutzig und schlechte Gerüche waren leider auch vorhanden vermutlich wegen dem Schimmel!!es ist unmöglich bei diesem Lärm zu schlafen hütet euch von diesem Hotel es ist nicht Royal wie der Name verspricht!!!Die Einrichtung war auch teilweise defekt und ordentliche und saubere Zimmer gab es leider auch nicht habe das Zimmer auch gewechselt aber die Problematik war dennoch die selbe!!!!Danke an das Hotel das ihr meinen Urlaub versaut habt!!!!!!

Venu un week-end, 3 jours 2 nuits.signale des le premier jour pas d'eau chaude, problème non réglé à notre départ.
Pas de chauffage, allumé que le soir.
Sinon bon emplacement, proche de l'aéroport et de la tour de Pise.

Hôtel très bien placé pour découvrir Pise à pied. Petit déjeuner complet. Très grandes chambres très propres.

The oldest hotel in Pisa, so it is claimed. It has a great location and tremendous staff. Sad that their level of professionalism is not supported by the infrastructure.
Reception was good. We had booked a Classic Double with river view, the description saying that it had air-conditioning. Well it did have an air-con unit.....but it didn't work. Nor did the heating. The window was single glazed and in early March, it isn't very warm.
On entering the room there was a small unlit vestibule so it was difficult to see where we were going. The room was large, very large! Lit by two bulbs which seemed lost in their large metal pendular light fittings.
On the ceiling near the window was what looked like the signs of a previous leak. There were some old metal frames sticking out above the window that seemed to have no purpose and just detracted from the ambience.
The furnishings were nice antiques in need of a little TLC and maybe some polish but for some reason a number of drawers were locked.
There were two bedside tables with bedside lights and the bed seemed comfortable.
The window did indeed overlook the river but it also became obvious that the window sill was probably rotten.
The en-suite bathroom was dim. The light over the sink did not work. The plug for the bath fitted poorly resulting in the bath emptying slowly. All the piping was exposed and was generally rather ugly. A lick of paint wouldn't have gone amiss!
Shortly after arrival a heavy rains shower started. Water poured in to the room through the window that was closed as best we could, but clearly the frame was well past functioning in the way it should.
With this litany of horrors we approached reception and were quickly moved to another room. This was much nicer and much grander and more importantly the window kept out the weather. However the light over the sink in the bathroom once again did not work. (Does nobody check these things?)
Overall this is a very faded beauty trading on its history but in serious need of major investment. While the ambience could be improved with some judicious painting, things such as the windows, electrics and air-conditioning units will require a lot of time and money, but until this happens this place is on a downward spiral.

Hotel bellissimo e storico situato sul lungarno più bello di Pisa! Vista dalle camere che affacciano sull'Arno unica e assolutamente privilegiata.
Personale disponibilissimo e gentilissimo!

Idéalement situé près de l'Arno pour visiter Pise, cet ancien hôtel à un charme suranné certain; les chambres sont spacieuse,la salle de bain spartiate mais propre; Le petit déjeuner très bon avec variété de sucré et salé; Le bâtiment en lui même est superbe et il est intéressant de se balader entre les étages pour admirer les faïences ,carrelages , décor d'époque.
