Excellente situation au cœur de la ville. L'appartement était propre et bien équipé. Beaucoup de casseroles, de couverts, de vaisselle, etc. Un grand réfrigérateur/congélateur avec un mini bar (payant). Douche très bonne et produits de toilette de qualité. Le lit est confortable mais pourrait probablement bénéficier de nouveaux oreillers (petit point négatif) nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner. Première fois en Islande et j'ai adoré. Le chauffage dans l'appartement était super chaud (comme partout à l'intérieur). Personnellement, je préférerais le préréglage à 20oc et si quelqu'un veut qu'il soit plus élevé, il peut l'augmenter car nous avons trouvé le préréglage de. 24-26oc trop chaud, surtout pendant la nuit. Nous avons essayé à plusieurs reprises de diminuer la température. Je reviendrai.

J'ai récemment séjourné dans les Black Pearl Apartments, et ce fut un véritable luxe du début à la fin. Le personnel a été incroyablement serviable et attentif, veillant à ce que tous les aspects de mon séjour soient parfaits. Une touche unique et délicieuse a été apportée par les parchemins quotidiens Yule Lads, une charmante histoire de Noël déposée chaque soir, qui a ajouté une atmosphère festive et chaleureuse à mon séjour. De plus, j'ai été touchée par le cadeau d'anniversaire qu'ils ont laissé dans ma chambre, ce qui m'a fait me sentir vraiment spéciale. Les appartements Black Pearl ont dépassé toutes mes attentes et je ne saurais trop les recommander !

5 étoiles partout - l'emplacement ne peut être battu et le personnel et le service de nettoyage sont impeccables. La cuisine était équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La seule suggestion serait d'améliorer l'étiquetage de tous les interrupteurs "intelligents", car il nous a fallu près de 4 jours pour les comprendre.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici ! Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin et nous avons utilisé plusieurs des équipements pour cuisiner des repas, ce que j'ai adoré faire ! C'était douillet, confortable et très propre. Le personnel était amical et serviable et nous avons apprécié d'avoir un garage pour garer notre location. L'emplacement était facile d'accès et suffisamment proche pour se rendre à pied à plusieurs sites, notamment le vieux port, Hallgrimskirka, la route de l'arc-en-ciel, des boutiques amusantes, de la bonne nourriture, le Harpa, et la liste est encore longue. Ils nous ont laissé des cadeaux de la part des Yulelads, ce qui était très charmant, et ils m'ont même laissé des chocolats et un mot gentil puisque je fêtais mon anniversaire à l'hôtel. Une surprise merveilleuse et appréciée qui a ajouté à l'ensemble de notre séjour ! Nous prévoyons d'y séjourner à nouveau lors de notre prochaine visite !

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avons apprécié les surprises quotidiennes laissées par les Yule Lads. Le personnel a eu la gentillesse d'imprimer les dernières surprises que nous allions manquer. Je vous recommande de séjourner ici.

L'emplacement, les installations et le service sont généralement bons. Je le recommanderais à d'autres voyageurs.

La chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné présentait quelques défaillances : (a) lumières sous le meuble de cuisine ; (b) porte-savon du lave-vaisselle ; (c) la cuisinière s'est arrêtée de fonctionner après avoir été utilisée pendant 30 minutes (il semble qu'il y ait eu un problème d'alimentation en gaz).

Superbe appartement au cœur de Reykjavik.
Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre et il était très bon et le service excellent. Nous avons mangé dans trois des restaurants recommandés. Tous très bons !!!

We were arrange to a room on the 2nd floor, facing street. I asked the receptionist if the room will be noisy at night because of traffic. The receptionist said it will be quiet. Unfortunately it’s totally opposite, there were one car drove by every minute, we can hear the engine noise clearly. There were party cars with music volume to tremble my bed at night.

Haven’t said that, the Black Pearl offers super tight parking. There’s no charger for EV.

Terrible recommendation to dinner, despite there were too-rated restaurants nearby. It’s a disappointment to our first night in Iceland.

Great location in the middle of town. Awesome rooms and views. Only bad thing was the pillows...they were too soft and flattened to nothing. Great accommodating staff. Walk to restaurants and tour bus pick ups nice and close by.

After spending 3 weeks deciding on where to stay...I kept coming back to the Black Pearl Hotel.
My son who has stayed in Reykjavik twice... said what a perfect location the hotel was in.
Just across from the old harbour..a short walk to countless bars ..restaurants..shops and beautiful shore line walk.
On arrival we were a little early..we asked to have our suitcase dropped off while we killed time.
Thankfully our room was ready.
We got settled in quickly.. on the 4th floor..a peaceful view from the balcony..spacious living area... modern kitchen and facilities...a huge bed with the fluffiest pillows..we slept like logs on that mattress!!!
The underfloor heating kept the apartment toasty but the shower was incredible... piping hot! And with as much pressure as you can take... its as invigorating as a geo thermal spa.
Excellent choice...home from home stay... you'll love it here.

Excellent hotel apartments. Incredibly well equipped, clean, comfortable, spacious. Service was amazing. They are in a great position near the old harbour within walking distance of all the sites and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Nice apartment style hotel which focuses on the accommodations and has minimal other amenities. Has everything you might want like an iron, stocked refrigerator, dinnerware, towel warmer, etc. Really wonderful accommodations. Breakfast available, but no restaurant/bar on site, though lots of restaurants nearby, so not a big issue. It’s in a busier part of town on a somewhat busy street, so you may hear street noise from your room. Friendly staff that will show you to your room. Self parking available and convenient.

Fantastic property that is perfectly located for touring. Several museums and shops within easy walking distance. Our unit had a washer and dryer, which came in handy given how much rain we had. The bedding was comfortable.

Our family particularly appreciated the Yule Lads-themed daily surprised by the staff in our apartment.

We cannot wait to return!

Our family loved staying in Black Pearl. Very clean, large and modern apartment in the downtown area. A lot of attractions and restaurants in a walking distance. Nice reception staff and they show you the room. The room has a fully-stocked kitchen and ample places to sit down or spend time. The bathroom is nice. It's fairly quiet even though it's in the middle of the city.

The parking garage was full, but we found a good spot on the street.

Exceptionally clean and very comfortable spacious apartment. Helpful and friendly front desk. Perfect location for Bus stop 4 to catch the bus transfers for the tours, which made the early starts much more bearable and easy walking distance to everything the centre has to offer.

The Black Pearl was amazing. It is easy to say wonderful things about this hotel - the rooms were great and the staff was incredibly friendly. More importantly though, the Black Pearl cares about its guests. I had an accident in Iceland later in the day after we checked out of our room at the Black Pearl. My family suddenly needed a room while I was in the hospital. The Black Pearl was exceptional - the staff went way out of its way to accommodate my family and make them comfortable for an added week. In a time when customers often feel like commodities, the Black Pearl demonstrated an incredible level of personal care and attention. Thank you Black Pearl.
