Hôtel très agréable propose des chambres très confortables, avec un style design et industriel du plus grand chic
Avec sa vue sur le port, cet hôtel dispose d'une place centrale idéale pour partir en excursion ou se promener dans le centre-ville. Sa façade sobre contraste avec son entrée tout en néons et son bar (le Tail Bar) et son restaurant (le Kock) au style très décalé. Les chambres sont très confortables, avec un style design et industriel du plus grand chic. On aime d'autant plus qu'elles donnent toutes accès gratuitement à la salle de fitness et au sauna de l'hôtel, très agréables.

We went here on a tour with Diva Destinations and the hotel was perfect for that group. My only regret is that there is so much to do in Reykjavik that I never got to try the sauna.

We were in Reykjavik for our wedding anniversary and were upgraded on arrival,which was nice. The room overlooked the harbour and mountains beyond which were spectacular. It was well appointed but was a bit lacking in space for our stuff we found. In the hotel entrance is a bakery selling fabulous cakes and sandwiches, and after an early start to the day was a welcome introduction to Icelandic cuisine. When we returned later in the evening, we noticed the lighting in the room was very subdued. It was very relaxing but a bit dark when walking about. If it could be called a complaint that was the only one,the hotel is well placed within a nice walk from the centre,harbour and loads of eateries,it's very clean,the breakfast is plentiful and varied,the staff were lovely,helpful and cheerful. If there hadn't been so much to explore we would have spent more time using the sauna and other facilities we never got to see!

We recently stayed here on our honeymoon and loved it! The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, and the location was PERFECT - close and walkable to downtown and also easy to walk to the quieter parts of the waterfront at night to try and catch a glimpse of the aurora :)

My and 3 friends stopped here to have a drink after our Northern Lights boat trip. It is a cute bar and we enjoyed our time.
