Room is to small, no luggage area in room. to tight for 2 persons.

The room was spacious, modern and clean. The free breakfast in the morning was probably the best free breakfast I've ever had.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars in the gentleman behind the front desk at check in was extremely curt and rude. The other front desk staff we encountered were pleasant and friendly.

Very nice Hilton property, with great views. A short 15-20 minute walk to downtown. The spa is fantastic, and breakfast selection is quite nice as well!

This hotel is conveniently located and beautiful. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was surprisingly good with many options even if you’re in a hurry to catch your full day excursion. Many restaurants and market nearby within walking distance. I would definitely stay again!

I like the location of this hotel. Close to downtown and to a 24 hour grocery. Parking is free, people at the front desk are so helpful. I would stay here again.

Great value for the location. Comfortable rooms, huge breakfast buffet and executive lounge drinks nightly. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were great. There is a good gym on site. Restaurant is excellent for both the buffet breakfast and dinner

We recently stayed in Hilton hotel Nordica .
Everything was amazing,location it’s next to the city 15 min walk or less .
Breakfast was delicious,stuff was very professional and always help with your needs .
Rooms are comfortable and warm .
Will definitely come back more ☺️

Service staff were good as is expected with Hilton. Rooms were clean however the toilets were a little small.

- Me hospedé en 2 ocasiones, en general es un buen hotel para quedarte.

- Las habitaciones son pequeñas.

- La cama es un poco incómoda. La primera vez que me hospedé se hundía en el centro, la segunda vez estaba mejor.

- Las habitaciones son pequeñas.

- Es un hotel familiar y agradable.

- Apto para niños.

- Tienen wifi con buena señal.

- Aceptan tarjetas de crédito y débito como método de pago adicional al efectivo.

- Si tienes movilidad reducida y/o vas en silla de ruedas, te comento que el acceso y movilidad dentro del lugar es de dificultad baja.

- El hotel se encontraba visiblemente limpio.

- La atención fue buena.

- El estacionamiento es justo frente al hotel.

- No cuentan con valet parking ni botones.

- El buffet de desayuno es variado y con buen sabor. El pan es muy rico.

- El área de spa es buena.

We had a very nice room. Nice and toasty heater too! We rented three rooms and ours had plenty of space. The bathrooms were nice but I definitely missed the shelf under the sink for items. Breakfast was not included and was $27/per person. We did not get breakfast. Overall no complaints!

Vox restaurant is excellent.
Free breakfast hit the spot.
Executive Lounge is perfect if you want dinner without having to go back out after a long day or deal with crowds. My room is perfect sized, ocean view, and quiet. I have stayed here 2x so far with no complaints. This is my goto destination in Reykjavik for personal and business visits!

Stayed here for 4 nights while on vacation. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel breakfast was ok. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so it’s convenient to get downtown.

The staff is amazing. I can’t thank the receptionist, Sigrun, enough for her hospitality. Reykjavik Excursions didn’t pick me up for my transfer to the airport, and she arranged a taxi to take me to the airport for free. This was the last thing I expected the hotel to do, but I can’t thank them enough for the great customer service.

We were stranded in iceland for 3 days without a place to stay, i was trying to get a room there but the “manager” Robert, was very rude and disrespectful , even some of his staff made us feel unwanted, they did not keep in mind the problem that we faced, although our flight was cancelled and we couldnt get anywhere, it is the first time in my life that i find a hotel getting paid from the airline and still think that they are doing a favor to us. Apart from that the hotel is good specially the beautiful and respectful guys from Vox “ the restaurant” they really made us feel happier so my only thanks is to them..

Hotel has excellent breakfast and I love the room
Location a little further from the city centre but there’s a mall nearby
However the staff at the reception could have done better in terms of their service and attitude

Came to Hilton Reykjavik for our wedding.

The breakfast was great and the room was alright, but not the warm reception you're used to. No one seemed to care, felt quite cold generally.

House keeping missed our room for some reason and the restocks were inconsistent.

Overall, a good hotel in that you get a good room and breakfast. However, it falls short of Hilton hospitality standards and even standard hospitality in my opinion.

Great hotel. Nice clean rooms in a great setting. I had a room on 5th floor with a view towards the bay. Awesome view. Nice brunch and remeber to go to the kitchenstaff and ask for a omelet, they are perfect.
Kind and friendly staff in the lobby.

Very good hotel of international standard. Still quite good although we can see in the rooms that some things are getting old. Nice VOX restaurant with some very good staff, nice breakfast in morning and crowed bar at night. hotel front desk is open during the night which is necessary when we know that flights to Europe makes you leave hotel around 4 AM to be on time.
