Un petit hôtel tranquille, propre, spacieux, proche de tout, petit déjeuner avec du choix sur le rooftop. Paulo est un hôte super, accueillant, arrangeant et aux petits soins

We stayed one week in an apartment and we enjoyed the place as it is very quiet and cosy. Everything is cleaned; towels changed everyday; floor mopped and place cleaned everyday. The kitchenette was well equipped ; the facilities fab including the pool. Supermarket on site is cheaper than in Santa Maria. Free shuttle bus to Santa Maria and back.
The staff are very welcoming and ready to help. Thank you to all the cleaning personnel.
Special thanks to receptionists; Katia; Joel and Evylene. Thank you for organising our trips/activities and thank you so much for my birthday cake !! Lovely gesture!!
Mamadou; one of many security guards was very friendly and we enjoyed speaking to him in Italian. You all made us feel so welcome and safe.

Diese Appartement-Hotelanlage liegt etwas im Binnenland. Wie in anderen gibt es auch hier einen großen Leerstand. Das Personal ist wie bislang auf der ganzen Insel sehr freundlich. Die Appartements sind geräumig und sehr sauber, der Service gut. Zum Strand und nach Santa Maria geht mehrmals täglich ein Bus, zu Fuß sind es ca. 20 Min. in beide Richtungen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, Bank, Restaurant, Bar sind auf dem Gelände in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Estou de férias aqui neste hotel pela segunda vez, já conheço à cadeia em Portugal e sempre foi bem recebido, da primeira vez tive alguns contratempos com o quarto mas tudo acabou bem.
Mas está que me aconteceu hoje de manhã ao pequeno almoço foi duma falta de educação e delicadeza por parte dos funcionários, eu não tinha reparado que não podei levar peças de fruta, trazia na mão 2 maçãs pequenas, quando já estava um pouco destoante do local ouvi uma pessoa ao senhor ou senhor não pode levar fruta.
Tudo bem que não tinha reparado apenas a funcionária podia muito bem amanhã ao pequeno-almoço dizer-me que não posso levar nada apenas só posso consumir lá, mais paráveis que estava a roubar, pois as outras pessoas ficaram a olhar a ver o que se passava, lamento o sucedido.
A direção do hotel deverá dar mais intrusão aos funcionários para evitar este tipo de constrangimento.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The whole place is very clean and well kept. Breakfast was good.
Despite not being in the ocean front it's quite close, with a 5 minutes walk you're in the beach and with access to many restaurants. Wi-Fi was very good. AC was also good.
Mattress and pillows should be improved, it was quite uncomfortable.
The surroundings of the property can get noisy at night, if you're very noisy sensitive you should take this into consideration.

Concludiamo oggi la nostra vacanza a SAL, al Sobrado che ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative solo in parte. Pulito ma i tavoli della sala da pranzo presentano macchie indelebili che sarebbe bene coprire con tovaglie e non con tovagliette plastificate.
Trattandosi di un 4 stelle, giudicherei insoddisfacenti colazioni ma soprattutto cene. Non un buffet, poca scelta e scarsa qualità! Peccato!

Ligger lidt væk fra by og strand. Kan godt virke som om at det store ressort er "forladt" fordi det er så stort, og der ikke er så mange mennesker. Hyggeligt og godt til ren afslapning, men man skal tage taxa til by og strand, Ca. 4 Euro. Så ok billigt.

Perfect for the price range. Helpful and friendly staff. Place very ok, nice choice for breakfast. Very good location. Even though there was onky a little swimming pool at the hotel we could use a swimming pool from another hotel and the sunbeds at the beach.

Mooi ruim 2 kamerappartement. Prima onderhouden. Dagelijks werd schoongemaakt en ons bedje opgemaakt en kregen we op verzoek schone badhanddoeken. Verder kon je zwembadhanddoeken krijgen bij de receptie. We verbleven drie weken op het complex. Er is een supermarkt met voldoende assortiment. Je loopt in 30 minuten naar het strand van Santa Maria. Er rijdt vanuit het hotel een een paar keer per dag ook een shuttlebus.
Aardige vriendelijke medewerkers. Receptiemedewerkers zeer klantvriendelijke en spreken goed Engels.

Très bon accueil.
Le personnel est très souriant et très pro.
Appartement très grand avec grande terrasse donnant sur la Piscine.
Ménage fait tous les jours.
Immense complexe d’appartement.
Navette pour la ville en 5mn avec de très belles plages et pleins de restos sympas.
Sinon plage top à 10 bonnes minutes à pied.
Je recommande avec un excellent rapport qualité prix.????

Leggermente fuori dal centro abitato, ma ci si arriva in 5 minuti a piedi. Il personale è molto disponibile ad ogni tua esigenza. Hotel molto pulito. Letto molto confortevole.

Groot Resort met ruime appartementen, restaurant, kleine supermarkt en buiten zwembad. Keurig onderhouden, hygiënisch en ruim van opzet. Ligging op enkele kilometers van de stad Santa Maria en het strand. Pendelbus zorgt gratis een aantal keren per dag voor vervoer naar stad en strand. Geboekt met half pension. Ontbijt en avondeten in de vorm van lopend buffet. Bijna gegarandeerd lekker weer, veel zon uren en een aangename temperatuur wat betreft zwembad en de zee.

Situated in the more traditional part of town, away from the tourist hotspots, but only a 10min walk to the beach anyways
One star deduction because you couldn't shower cold, only hot. Sometimes there was no water coming from the taps, and some of our stuff vanished from the fridge.
