Veldig rent over hele hotel. God plass på rommet. Personalet er veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomme. Manager er så hjelpsom og smilende. Beliggenhet er perfekt. Vi har det veldig bra her.

Die Anlage ist wie ausgestorben, was ja irgendwie ok ist, weils somit zumindest leise ist. Aber es sind extrem viele Moskitos - wir sind völlig zerstochen. Es gibt nur ein Moskitonetz über dem Bett, bei dem aber Moskitos durchkommen. Keine Moskitonetze an den Fenstern!!! Was zum nächsten Problem führt: man kann nicht lüften. Bzw könnte man lüften, aber dann hat man die Moskitos in der Wohnung oder eine der streuenden Katzen. Laut dem Vermieter soll man auch mit Repellent schlafen bzw das in der Wohnung auftragen - dem wäre sehr geholfen, wenn man einfach Moskitonetze an den Fenstern hätte (so wie in jeder anderen Unterkunft auf den Kapverden auch...). Weiters ist die Klimaanlage defekt (sie kostete sowieso 10€ PRO TAG !!!! Extra) Wir haben keine einzige Nacht schlafen können, da es wie gesagt, viel zu heiß in der Wohnung ist und einen die Moskitos auffressen. So eine Frechheit für eine 4* Bude... und das Geld zurückbekommen und eine andere Unterkunft nehmen geht auch nicht.

Dear Lola Auer,

After reading your review, I realised that you did not stay at our Resort, but perhaps at one accomodation that uses a similar name.
We are a fully equiped Resort with hotel services (24h Reception/daily cleaning/Restaurants and bars,..), with AC in every room free of charge, we also do not have mosquito nets over the beds and there is no landlord, but a Resort Manager.
To conclude, we did not find any record of your stay with us, I feel sorry that you have been mislead to a not serious accomodation.
I will ask you please to remove this extremely damaging review, and invite to stay with Água Hotels on your next visit to the island.

Riktigt fin lägenhet med stor balkong. Bra mataffär och toppen med en shuttlebuss. Bra restaurang. Inget för den som vill ha håll-i-gång.

Hotel war sehr sauber, Zimmer wurden auch jeden Tag gesäubert:)
Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich gewesen.
Strand ist ca. 10 min Fußweg entfernt.
Frühstück war in Ordnung ????

Schönes Hotel am Rand von Santa Maria. Zu Fuss ist man in rund 10 Minuten am Strand oder im Zentrum. Das Frühstückabuffet hat Potenzial für Verbesserungen und die Kommunikation auf Englisch ist manchmal sogar an der Rezeption ehrr schwierig. Ansonsten ein tolles kleines Hotel mit engagiertem und freundlichem Personal.

Honestly is a simple place to be with your friend's with kitchen up top and all and is cheap and good for simple people's who don't want anything expensive ????.

No es mal hotel, se come bien, te atienden bien y está limpio, pero no es un 4****, se queda corto incluso para un 3***, tienen aire acondicionado pero fuera de las habitaciones apenas lo hacen servir. La ubicación es muy alejada del centro y de la playa de Santa María, si vas con días calurosos has de caminar un ratito para llegar y para volver. Por cierto, os recomiendo la excursión por la isla con Eddie, no cojáis otro guía. Eddie hará que ese día sea espectacular.

Hôtel de"transit" qui ne justifie pas ses 4*, avec vue sur terrain vague, piscine qu'il convient d'appeler pataugeoire, eau courante "jaune", le tout est sauvé par un excellent accueil du personnel, des chambres confortables et un établissement propre.
