Avis ZEBRA JET Santa Maria

This was such a great experience, the owner is French and she explained everything very well to enjoy and also for safety. The jets are new and really easy to use. I would recommend this place to anyone and she is very open to all questions ☀️☀️ SO MUCH FUN!!

I would give this a zero star if I could. We booked the trip through one of the guys offering the trips around the Santa Maria, lovely lad! We traveled to Santa Maria super early in the morning, super happy and excited and met with the guy at this place. First things first, the gentlemen asked us if we speak English, no hello nothing, then he started speaking to the lady at the front desk who had an attitude since the moment we have entered. The started speaking French to each other, so we did not understand anything unfortunately but there seems to be a problem. We had little a misunderstanding with the guy selling the trip to us regarding the price that we have been told before, and the price that they told us at that moment. There seemed to be a problem with everything that we said or explained. We didn’t have a problem paying extra, just our agreement was totally different. They owners did not let us say a single word without interrupting every single time we tried to calmly fix the problem. The lady all of the sudden told us that she doesn’t want our business in here and threw our money back at us and telling us goodbye?! We have been shocked, nobody ever treated us like this. Disgusting attitude from both of the owners, losing the business without giving us a reason to what happened and why they don’t want us to book their jet ski’s. Perhaps it was racism? Maybe it was because of our age? Maybe it was both. Never had a situation like this, from the moment we have entered they have not been welcoming and gave us weird looks. So please AVOID at all costs if you are a younger person! We have read a lot of reviews about this place and these people on many different websites and overall the experience is NEGATIVE. There is so many amazing trips that you can do around the island so book somewhere else and AVOID this place. To the owners: learn some manners and customer service basics if you want your business to thrive, discriminating people because of their age/nationality is the lowest of the low. Good luck in the future!

sortie formidable en jet ski bien expliquée : organisateur sérieux et accueillant , 30 minutes bien pleines voire un peu plus, nous étions deux , c'était juste parfait .

My partner and I booked this activity through Edgar Tours. Got picked up from the hotel to the Jet Ski location. The instructor was very informative and friendly. Great friendly team!! There is also someone on site to take professional photos of your experience!

Excellent experience. The staff were soo lovely too with my mum who can’t actually swim. They went at the pace of us and instructions were really clear. The couple that run the jet ski business sit at front of desk and are also so lovely and useful. 10/10!! Deffo go, Santa Maria is the place to do it! Prices are good too and we were able to switch our people for the price of 30 mins on the jet ski!

Superbe sortie en jet-ski. Accueil chaleureux et équipe au top. Le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été briefés sur toutes les consignes de sécurité. Matériels neuf et jets puissants !

Nous étions 3 jet-ski pour l'excursion de 2 heures. Nous avons fait le plein de sensations fortes. Nous avons également eu l'occasion de découvrir de magnifiques paysages, avec des vues incroyables sur le littoral de l'île de Sal.

Mention spéciale pour le moniteur de jet-ski très sympathique et son encadrement très pro.

A refaire sans hésiter !

Rien à redire, tout est parfait : du briefing de Maï aux accompagnateurs très sympas, et des jet dernière génération.
