Понравилось - Вежливый сотрудник на ресепшн. Всё рассказал и показал. Молодец.
Отличное расположение и цена.

Не понравилось - Номер напоминает барак для беженцев,или дешевое студенческое общежитие. Первый раз видел трёхэтажные кровати. И их много в номере. Заснуть крайне тяжело. Шторок,чтобы прикрыться, нет.

Si queréis estar todo el día fuera para visitar la maravillosa Bilbao y sólo tener un techo donde dormir, este hostel está hecho para vosotrxs !!

Me dio la amarga sensación de que por estar situado en frente del Guggenheim, ahí se cumpla con lo mínimo de calidad suficiente como para no transgredir las normas básicas de sanidad.

Pero si hablamos de hospitalidad y confort; pues zero. Duermes con tu cabeza al lado de los pies de una persona desconocida. Las camas están medios rotas y reparadas con celo. Los dos dormitorios están separados por una pared que no llega hasta el techo, seguramente para cumplir con las normas de ventilación dado que el dormitorio del fondo no tuviera ventana sino. No llegué a saber cada cuánto se hace limpieza pero las papeleras de los baños están tan llenas que desbordan, los lavabos llenos de pelos y pasta de diente. Los sofas de la entrada están rotos y manchados, como si fueran rescatados de la calle. En algunos armarios no puedes poner candado por que las puertas están demasiado desgastadas, etc.

En conclusión : se puede dormir ahí y estar seguro ? Sí, las sábanas son limpias, las duchas bastante también, la gente se porta bien. La pasas bien y te sientes cómodx ? No.

This place was everything we needed. For the price and location, it was great. I'm not sure what these other reviews are on about. The showers and toilets were spotless, service was fantastic and beds were comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

The only good stars are for the location, because the noice and the overcrowded rooms are just horrifying. The doors crash all night due to the air pressure opening the doors outside. Would have slept better in my car.

Un asco de lugar, no lo recomendaría ni a patadas. Las habitaciones desordenadas, apestosas y sin ninguna seguridad (lockers rotos), los baños mojados y sin limpieza. Mejor dormir en la calle, más limpio y más seguro

NO VAYAS, a no ser que desees vivir una experiencia intensa y inolvidable pero más bien en el mal sentido.
Pasamos 2 noches allí, y nos quedamos por el bajo precio que pagamos, pero si hubieramos sido listas nos hubieramos buscado algo mejor.
Probablemente de los peores albergues de Europa.
Para empezar, lo único que tiene el albergue de "youth hostel" es el nombre, porque cuando llegas te das cuenta de que la mayoria de clientes son hombres de mas de 40 años.
Luego esta la clasica critica que hace todo el mundo que ha dormido en el Botxo: Te encuentras una habitación con 21 camas bien apretujadas en literas de 3, con olor a pies y pedo. A mi me tocó la de enmedio. En primer lugar para subir y conseguir entrar a la cama casi me mato, y luego para bajar casi me la pego o le piso la cabeza al de abajo. Además, a media noche me desperté para beber agua y el cabezazo que me pegué con la cama de arriba no me lo quita nadie.
Cada vez que la persona que dormía en la cama de arriba se movía se movía toda la litera. El echo es que me fue imposible dormir más de una hora las dos noches por los ronquidos de los vecinos que me rodeaban por todas partes. Además la cama no tenia cortinas, por lo que tenias 0 intimidad.
La habitación no tenia paredes, todo el albergue es una sala abierta con muros abiertos que separan cada sección, por lo que si alguien hablaba o hacía ruido en la sala comuna se escucha en todo el albergue.
En la ducha no había agua caliente.

Desde mi punto de vista lo de viajar y no dormir se paga caro. Mi recomendación es que pagues un poco más y tengas un sitio en el que estés a gusto. Nosotras solo queríamos huir de allí.

Ah, y nada de desayuno gratuito. Y por el colmo si no llegamos a llevar un candado por azar no hubieramps podido guardar las cosas en la taquilla. Nadie nos avisó de que debíamos llevar uno y en recepción no tenian ninguno para vender. Hubiera podido ser una buena *** la verdad.

Habitaciones pequeñas con mucha gente, calor por las noches. Los banos estaban bien.

Pagé 30€ por dormir en una habitaciin con 5 literas de 3 plantas y tener los pies d un desconocido en mi cara. Literalmente mi litera daba a la entrada del hostal ya q las paredes no llegan al techo. Una verguenza tener q esperar hasta las 16h para entrar y q te echen a las 11h. Pagar esa burrada por ese servicio es un timo total

Un hostel que yo creo que no pasaría un control de sanidad.
Literas de 3, juntas unas con otras de modo que como te toque la de enmedio haces piecitos con el de enfrente y el de detrás te acaricia el pelo con los pies. Los colchones no tienen ni protector, mejor no pensar qué puede haber crecido ahí. Además de que mi colchón tenía un hueco tamaño persona que hacía que te escurrieses poco a poco hasta el suelo. Un olor insoportable, no hay ventilación, una habitación conecta con la otra por lo que es como dormir con 40 personas. Hay humedades.
Los baños están sucios, no hay limpieza a fondo, creo que no ha tocado ni una gota de lejía ese lugar. Duchas con moho de la humedad.
No te sientes seguro en ningún momento.
Para Lo que ofrece es muy caro. Si hubiera sido barato entendería las condiciones insalubres.

The reception was super nice and helpful but that’s really the only nice thing I can say about this hostel. The amount of beds stuffed in one room should be criminal. They’re stacked three on top of each other with zero privacy and you’re all facing each other for even less privacy. It felt like being in the room in squid game. You definitely get what you pay for and the location is wonderful but the hostel definitely needs some updating and work to make it comfortable for guests. The lockers don’t have locks and there was a dude moaning and munching on the crispiest apple at midnight which was insane. I wouldn’t stay again but if you really need a place for a night or two that’s cheap- this is your place.

The one thing that was great about this hostel is the location.
There are two dormitories in total with 15 and 21 beds, something that is conspicuously missing from booking.com(it is mentioned on their website though) where they only ever show 4 beds in one room. The two rooms are also not even completely separated meaning you can hear if any of the other 35 people are snoring. Also the beds are triple bunks, meaning that you have basically no room and due to the layout there is also no privacy. They have the beds one against the other with foot/head ends against each other with no separation and in one place the person in the middle bed can only choose whose person's feet they want to put their head next to. There are lockers but you have to bring your own lock, they are also located in the dormitories which makes it that you disturb anyone sleeping while searching for something and don't have light while using them.
The dormitories are also cooled down to a point where you are quite cold at night(I'd guess 15°C) with the provided bed sheet as a blanket, yes a singular bed sheet.
The bathroom and toilets aren't properly cleaned and also all other parts of the hostel are visibly dirty in some places. The showers have horrendous hot water pressure meaning that you're either showering cold or for quite a long time.
The staff also exclusively spoke Spanish which made communication rather difficult, i.e. using google translate for everything.
So don't go here but if you do bring earplugs, a few large towels for privacy around the bed and a lock for your locker.

Lo más parecido a meterse en una lata de sardinas, puedes hacer”piesitos” o la cucharita con el de la cama de al lado. No lo recomiendo. He estado en muchos albergues y nunca vi que no se respetase el espacio interpersonal. Eso sí ves el Guggenheim.

Is genuinely criminal how this place is still in operation, definitely violates multiple EU health laws. People are made to sleep in the single bedroom at this place which holds 36 people on triple bunk beds. Meaning everyone has an extremely tight space to sit and lie awake all night (because it’s impossible to sleep). Hostel is apparently targeted for youth but the drunken old men who lie on ventilators on the floor makes you question the name? As there are so many people in one room, the light floods in at all hours when different people return from being out and with no curtains or way of stopping this light it wakes everyone up every time. If you’re unfortunate enough to be on the middle bunk, you will be surrounded by bodies on every single side of you, diagonally and above and below you which adds to the morgue feel. The best thing about this hostel is definitely leaving it doesn’t ever feel safe and is beyond dangerous.

Hostal muy bien situado, limpio y con buena atención por parte del personal. Tiene un microondas, una nevera y una pequeña sala de estar.

Cheap, friendly and ideally located (also easy to get to).

Está frente al Gugemheim, por lo q puedes llegar temprano y apenas cruzar el río ya estás. Las duchas son muy cómodas con abundante agua y cambiador. El personal es amable. Te alquilan toallas y hay una maquina en la q puedes comprar candado para tu locker y un set con shampu y cepillo d dientes. Está bastante limpio y es agradable. Es bien mínimo. No hay casi espacio para sociales pero está frente a una costanera hermosa q invita a caminar. Volvería.

Calidad-precio bastante mala, pero con decir que había cucarachas creo que ya es bastante...

Botxo Gallery is preferable for only one night. It is not a safe place to leave your belongings as even if you have lockers you need to bring your own locks.
The place smells unbelievably bad due to the mold that it is everywhere. The bathrooms are really dirty specifically the floors.
The location is just perfect! So depending on which your priorities are you can choose it or not. I would not recommend it for a girl who travels alone even if it is a mixed gender room.
The staff was helpful and gave us new beddings.
Have in mind that there are no towels included in the price.
There is a small kitchen with a fridge right at the entrance.
Easy to check in and out.

I‘ve never been to prison, but this is how i imagine it. I also never have seen 3-stock-bunkbeds before. It‘s all about how many people do I get in 2 little rooms. The location near the guggenheimmuseum was okay. Toilets and showers were okay as well.

Bastantes camas en una habitación pero genial muy limpio todo la verdad es una función muy básica para los que quieren ahorrar dinerito y están de paso muy contento solo una noche genial
