Recientemente me alojé en este encantador y acogedor hotel, y fue una experiencia encantadora. Las instalaciones son completas y su ubicación es increíblemente conveniente. Lo que más destacó fue la calidez y la atención del personal. No solo fueron acogedores, sino que también proporcionaron información valiosa sobre las visitas turísticas de la ciudad, lo que hizo que mi experiencia de viajar sola fuera mucho más fácil y placentera. ¡Estoy realmente agradecida por su hospitalidad y les deseo un continuo éxito en su negocio!

Super satisfaite????
J'avais peur du bruit (vu que situé au cœur du casco viejo qui est très animé et que j'avais demandé une chambre sur rue avec balcon/et en effet il y a 2 bars en bas) mais la chambre était super bien insonorisée, aucun soucis !
Service d'auto check in un peu surprenant mais aucun problème là non plus car super bien expliqué et on se sent malgré tout bien accueilli !
B&B charmant, les responsables aussi (le peu que je les ai croisés!)
Chambre tout à fait confort : grand et très bon lit, sdb récente, très propre
Très bien placé : tout se fait à pied ou en tramway en cas de fatigue !
Rien à redire, je recommande même !

I highly recommended this hotel. Perfect location and spacious bedroom ! They were really kind, I was feeling bad and they offered me a tea. Besides, we needed to take taxi and they ordered it for us. Do not hesitate to go there. ☺️

Stayed 2 nights here, everything was perfect. Price, location, hospitality! So happy we chose to stay here. Will definitely come back if we visit Bilbao again.

Absolutely loved staying here with my partner. In a perfect location and the staff was lovely. Quaint, beautiful, and feels like home. Would stay here again in a heart beat :)

Je ne peux que recommander cette pension pour les raisons suivantes :
Chambre calme donnant sur cour intérieure, excellente literie, salle de douche de bonne taille. Très bonne attention de Daniel qui n'a pas hésité à revenir dans l'après-midi pour descendre notre valise et appeler un taxi. Il faut dire que l'immeuble est en travaux pour installation d'un ascenseur et que l'escalier pour le 1er étage est un peu étroit pour des personnes âgées.
Petit déjeuner correct pour un prix fort raisonnable : 8€
Cette pension est situé dans le "casco viejo" quartier animé avec multiples bars et le tramway qui mène au musée Guggenheim est à 5 mn.
Que demander de plus ? Rapport qualité/prix/attention imbattable.

Petit hôtel familial / B&B très bien situé dans le centre ancien de Bilbao. Excellente literie, petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Le très bon accueil, les conseils et toutes les attentions nous ont permis de passer un séjour formidable, un grand merci à José Manuel. La chambre double lit jumeaux était grande et agréable.

Could not wait to get out of the tiny,dark smelly room that we were allocated. It was so small and badly planned it wasn't possible to open our carry-on luggage anywhere but on the bed. Technically it had a window but practically it opened onto a tiny interior space opening off reception. So getting out of bed you were within touching distance of anyone else who wandering by. Having raised these concerns at the partly staffed reception, I was told the solution was to keep the shutters down. By doing this you block off all natural light and any chance of fresh air. Again, hotel staff told me over half of their 9 rooms have no outside window. Buyer beware! Lastly the rooms are charm less with mis-matched old tat failing to disgust bad drains and poor maintenance.

A great hotel - very central and buzzy but the street is mainly restaurants so it’s pretty quiet after about 11pm. The staff were great, and our room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was generous too. Would stay again!

The room was roomy and glad we chose balcony. Double glazing works well as no noise from street when windows closed. Aircon worked well
Loved the quirky artefacts which gave the place a bit of heart
Breakfast was beautifully presented and very well priced
