AU SOMMET DU FJORD

We stayed here just for one night. We've been eaten by the mosquitoes alive despite the fact that we used the anti-mosquitoes products.
This is was my first experience of camping and it was completely ruined.
I asked the staff if there is any time limit to prepare meals in the kitchen, they said it'll be open all day-night long, so after 10 pm we went to prepare the dinner and guess what, the light is off, and we find a hard time to turn it on so we can see what are we doing.
Forget to take a shower or go to the bathroom at night, the light was off. I asked the staff in the morning and they said it's weird.
We tried to reach the top of the mountain and believe me it is definitely not in 10-15min unless you're an athlete or professional, it was very hard and rough. And we didn't even rewarded by the sunset view because it was cloudy.
I wanted to spend the night in the top platform, but it was impossible with a 2 y.o child (not safe).

The only thing that was excellent, was the staff, they were all responsive and gave us a great welcoming, they check on us every time we see each other, most of them are bilingual. So thank you all.

To the owner:

I was excepting such response from you, because i saw how you responded to other negative reviews before.
Know that being sarcastic and irresponsible just means that you can't really handle your business. Especially when having benevolent instead of paid employees. But turn off the light on the premises at night?! That's shows a lot.
Advice: you can take some courses of managment and customer service but i highly doubt that it's going to cure you from greed and rudeness.

Chouette endroit mais tout de même un peu cher: Tiny house 17m2 assez petite, mitoyenne avec une isolation insuffisante (on entendait les voisins parler dans la salle de bains). Jaccuzi top mais partagé par 3 logements donc peu d'intimité.
Terrasse individuelle avec bbq et moustiquaire très appréciable.

Accueillant, beau et conviviale ! Camping de petite taille, avec un grand terrain pour les VR très agréable. Ambiance feu de bois le soir avec fond musicale (très calme après 22h). Point de vue magnifique sur le fjord à 15min du camping. Halte agréable entre Saguenay et Tadoussac. Dommage que le brasero soit en supplément ($10).

Nous avons passé une nuit en haut sur les plateformes .
La vue est magnifique mais nous avons été un peu decus de l'aménagement car on se retrouve les uns sur les autres alors que ce qu'on recherche dans ces cas là c'est plutôt la tranquillité et le côté "nature à 100%". Ça aurait été top d'espacer un peu plus les emplacements.
Sinon la cuisine aménagée est très utile en bas et tout est propre .
Peut être juste un point à noter aussi, rajouter un toilette et une douche ne serait pas du luxe car une seule pour tout le monde n'est pas des plus pratiques.
L'équipe est très serviable.

Bel accueil, nombreuse equipe de pour le sevice, beau climat de fraternisation, cuisine exterieure unique. Sejour agreable,a refaire.
