Die Lage an der Algarve-Küste ist sehenswert und spektakulär. Sehr große Anlage, die Zimmer sind sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Wenn man genauer hinschaut, ist zwar manches etwas 'in die Jahre gekommen'. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung entsprechen dem angegebenen Niveau.
Die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und nett anzusehen.
Das Essen im Restaurant ist nicht ganz günstig, dafür aber sehr gut.
Das Personal war zu uns sehr nett und aufmerksam.
Der Infinity-Pool ist toll gelegen und der Blick sensationell.
Weil die Lage etwas abseits ist, würde ich hier nur mit Mietwagen buchen.
Alles in allem eine Empfehlung von mir.

The room was great, the service we received from the time we checked in was amazing. My kids played at the playground, there’s a hiking trail, the beach is 3min walk away. The staff at breakfast and dinner provided great service. Some of the people that stood out were Gabby, Beto and Jessica. I also tried the spa and Paula was amazing, I definitely recommend trying it out. About 8-10min drive to the nearest town so a car is recommended to visit around. There’s free parking on site. Overall a great getaway place!!!

Ресепшн до 23'30, на телефон отвечают с переменным успехом.
Завтраки однообразные: нет овощей (совсем нет!), горячее невкусное (жировые свиные колбаски /бекон, жареные яйца, горелые грибы и фасоль) кофе невкусный. Фрукты, особенно арбуз и киви, в стадии брожения (неужели это не замечают на кухне?)

Кондиционер работает неэффективно, и спать жарко даже в марте.
Санузел с прозрачными дверьми, унитаз раковина и душ, что делает невозможным использование двумя людьми одновременно, если только вы не любите наблюдать друг за другом.
Минибар пустой, нет обслуживания в номер, бассейн без подогрева, спа и фитнес микроскопические, больше для факта наличия, чем для удобства гостей.

Ресторан по соотношению цена-качество не радует. За эти деньги можно поесть куда вкуснее в городе, с большим радушием и атмосферой.

Уличный бассейн с соленой водой имеет ужасный запах дезинфектора.

Из плюсов:
Красивая территория, удачный выход к берегу и пляжу, виды.
Чистота номеров и территории.
Приветливый персонал.
Хорошие кровати.
Освещение номеров.
Парковка.

Wunderschöne sehr große und saubere Ferienwohnung. Das ganze Resort ist sehr geschmackvoll mit mehreren kleinen Villen, wunderschön angelegte Gärten, sowie drei Pools und einem Spielplatz. 200 m ist die traumhaft schöne Felsenküste mit einem sehr schönen sauberen Strand entfernt. Wir sind wirklich begeistert!! Und die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich und kinderfreundlich. Es war der perfekte Urlaub für uns.

You get what you pay for. Nothing exceptional. The staff are nice and provide good service, but the facilities are a bit tired and there were many ants in my room. I also couldn’t figure out how to work the AC in the room.

I had wonderful experience here with two nights stay. There is good environment and location. The apartment is on the upper level with retro style decoration, as the official website shows. The infinite swimming pool is the highlight. Looking at the unforgettable sea view there is worth coming back again. I highly recommend it!

Das Zimmer ist gross und schön eingerichtet. Das Areal ist gross und man kommt zu ruh. Das Highlight ist der infini Pool.

Het is op sommige punten echt geen vijf sterren. De kamers zijn top en comfortabel en super schoon. Het ontbijt uitgebreid, maar de pancakes heel droog. Het avondeten niet bijzonder, de verlichting s avonds met bouwlampen slaat de sfeer eruit. Weinig aandacht voor de klanten.
Wel een koffiezetapparaat op de kamer maar voor cups moet je 1,30 euro betalen.

It's a beautiful cliff top location, but remote. If you have no car, it's not easy to get to.
I would give it 3.5 stars. The rooms are getting run down and dingy, but they are clean, and the grounds are very well kept.
The free breakfast is excellent, and the dining area has a stunning view.

Coole Location, etwas Abseits besonderem Charme und guter Küche

Sehr sehr schöne Anlage, top gepflegt und sehr liebevoll gemacht und eingerichtet.
Es ist sehr ruhig, kein Lärm, nur Vogelgezwitscher. Ein Auto ist dringend anzuraten.
Das Abendessen ist a la Carte und ist sehr gut. Als einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre nur: für Vegetarier könnte die Auswahl etwas größer sein, meine Frau ging auch das ein oder andere Mal noch etwas hungrig vom Tisch.

Etwas abgelegen - daher aber auch sehr ruhig (Mietwagen ist ein muss), wenige Zimmer - diese sind groß, sauber und geräumig!
Das Essen ist fantastisch (HP!)

Familienbetreuung ist vor Ort. Zwei Pools, ein Kleine Fitnessraum ist auch vorhanden.
Personal immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Einzig die Betten sind sehr hart - aber das ist persönliches Empfinden.

Very disappointing experience.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Suites Alba Resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From uncomfortable mattresses and pillows to outdated and poorly maintained rooms, there were several issues that made my stay less than satisfactory.

Upon entering the renovated rooms 406 and 404, I was initially impressed with their appearance. They looked good and seemed to have been given a fresh update. However, my suite, 502, was a different story altogether. It was noticeably outdated, with dirty furniture and a broken curtain. The lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance was disappointing.

One of the major inconveniences during my stay was the limited supply of coffee capsules provided by the resort. I was only given two capsules for the coffee machine for the entire duration of my stay. If I required more, I was informed that I would be charged for them. This felt quite stingy and did not align with the expectations of a supposedly upscale resort.

The dining options at Suites Alba Resort were also lacking. There was only one restaurant available, and it closed quite early at 11:00 p.m. The room service also had limited hours, closing by 10:00 p.m. This meant that if you desired a late-night meal or snack, you were out of luck. Moreover, the lack of nearby dining establishments meant that ordering a car was necessary to explore other dining options, and the difficult road conditions made transportation a hassle.

The pool at the resort was a disappointment as well. It was much smaller than depicted in the promotional pictures, which created a misleading impression. Additionally, accessing the beach proved to be challenging, further diminishing the overall appeal of the resort.

On a positive note, I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. They were helpful in addressing some of the issues I encountered, but unfortunately, their efforts were not enough to compensate for the overall shortcomings of the resort.

Another major letdown was the quality of the coffee served at the resort. With no other options available, the poor quality of the coffee became a recurring disappointment throughout my stay.

In conclusion, Suites Alba Resort fell far short of the expectations one would have for a five-star establishment. Uncomfortable bedding, outdated rooms, limited coffee supply, inconvenient dining options, and a misleading pool and beach experience all contributed to a very unsatisfactory stay. I cannot recommend this resort and believe that the overall experience was not worth the money spent.

The resort is very nice and is wide enough yet not too big which makes it very comfortable. The beach that's only 2 minutes walk is fantastic.

The rooms are nice but could be more comfortable and better maintained.
Some things did not work, the bed is stiff and the pillows the same. Moreover, we are staying at an apartment with two rooms and two double beds but there is only one bathroom. While the stream of the water in the shower makes it difficult as the water keeps changing from too warm to too hot.

At the pool area there's not enough seats with shade. Umbrellas can't be moved and are small so if you're looking to sit calmly in the shade for a few hours you will find that it is impossible.

As some other mentioned the food is expensive and the overall service is very mediocre. The staff is not going out of their way for you to have the best time on your expensively charged holiday - instead they just follow the rules. This morning asked 4 times for coffee at the pool and somehow it got forgotten 4 times :) while the spa complains when asking for towels for the pool because we wanted an extra.

The spa areas smells bad, so it doesn't make you want to give it a try :(
