Hôtel 3 étoiles sur une jolie petite plage à Pointe d'Esny, doté de 16 unités dont 6 vues mer, restaurant, bar, espace bien-être.
Tranquille, c'est un petit hôtel 3 étoiles sans chichi sur une plage mignonnette où tout n'est que douceur : l'accueil, le quartier, les tonalités de la déco. Dans un esprit maison, l'établissement ne compte que seize unités, dont six vue mer et cinq bungalows avec deux chambres. On apprécie la gentillesse de l'équipe, le bar et restaurant sur place, le petit centre de bien-être... Bonus : la possibilité, pour quelques sous, d'accéder au Preskil Island Resort à 2 km, manière de passer des vacances actives le jour et de retrouver le soir un hôtel à taille humaine.

Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so wonderful. ????
However, there's so many things that really need improvement from the management. The room was not properly cleaned, the bed sheets and duvet were old and dirty. So many things from electrical sockets to bathroom tap were broken and there was no hot water as well.
For the food, it was really basic and despite being offered a choice of 2 on a menu a la carte, we still had to wait for ages to get our food which was worse than canteen food. For dinner, I had chosen grilled fish and was really shocked to find out that the main dish was just a square piece of grilled fish measuring 5cm by 5cm served with some salads and chips. For dessert, i had a moelleux chocolat but i recon it was prepared in the microwave as it was as chewy as a chewing gum.
With regards to the staff, despite being friendly, it was obvious that they lacked professional coaching as I don't find it normal for them to be refering to tables by the personal traits of customers instead of the table number. For example, it was the cocktail for the Chinese guy, the starter for the Bald guy, the fat lady looking for her dessert and it went out like that during the whole service.
When I found out that this hotel was the sister hotel of the very famous Preskil, i really had high expectations for the standards but I was much disappointed. I really hope that the management can refer to my critisms as something constructive and an opportunity to improve where needed cause this hotel has very good potentials!!! It's just like a brut diamond that needs a proper polishing to shine like a beautiful gem!
