Bardzo fajny hotel mila obsługa . Do morza blisko trzeba zejść po schodach ale w większości tam tak jest. Z basenu nie korzystałam ale był i do tego podgrzewany .Fajne rozwiązanie o tej porze roku.Polecam

The views are beautiful, the rooms have no air con until May, so even though we had 26/27 degree heat all week, all that comes out is heating. We obviously didn't have the heating on, and weren't offered fans when we complained at reception, just told that its heating only until May. All the guests we spoke to at the pool were saying the same thing and how it makes you feel really ill at night being in the room where its so hot even with the door open, we were all waking up soaked in sweat.

The bathrooms absolutely hum ding dong of eggy sewers so it's boiling hot and stinks to high heaven. Also ants, lots of ants everywhere running around the apartment. Shower also leaked all over the bathroom, complained to reception and it never got resolved.

The pool bar area absolutely stinks of cheesy vomit. We asked a staff member why it smells so bad and were told that it's due to the machines being old and that they don't get cleaned properly!!!! ???? As you come out of the lift and walk to the pool, the whole corridor absolutely pongs. Be warned - if you're hungover and half dead from sweating to death in your room and then walk into this stench YOU WILL HEAVE IF NOT PUKE!!! This was a common subject amongst guests when stood waiting to order at the bar because you couldn't escape the stink.

Pool area has lovely views and lots of seating with parasols, pools are freezing cold which was actually a relief after the torment in the room all night. Managed to get sunbeds every day, loads of ants down here too running riot over the floors.

Hotel is at the top of a giant hill, wouldn't stay at this location again, would want to be closer to some local restaurants, shops and cafes. There is a supermarket round the corner, but the one down the hill is cheaper. Saw a few people with children here but really don't think this is a place I'd want to bring my children.

Staff are nice, views are lush, however - hot, smelly and anty ???? Wouldn't return.

Regarding the hotels response: maybe you should try listening to the things mentioned rather than denying them and sort them out? At least offer guests a fan for the room perhaps? No one asked you for blankets during the last 7 days at this hotel don't tell lies. The rooms were stifling hot all through the night even with the doors open - in all of the rooms our group had, so don't talk nonsense. All of your pool bar staff can smell the stink at the pool bar, if you can't then you need to go to a doctor.

Amazing service, staff at reception and the bar have been nothing but lovely. The rooms are nice but the view is what really makes me give them a 4 stars rating. The balcony is very spacious along with the rooms. Beds are quite uncomfortable but are fine for a few days. The one thing that really needs to change in the smell coming from the vents in the bathroom. It’s like eggs which is not pleasant at all. The pool could be a little warmer but everything in that area was very clean. It’s not like the crazy Magaluf hotels, everyone here is very relaxed and most are not actually here to party. The crowds of Magaluf are avoidable because of the location of the hotel. The hill up to the hotel is quite steep but doable. Food and drinks by the bar are reasonably priced and very good.

Best hotel ever.
Helpful staff, spotless clean, no ants issue, no noises, and excellent weather.
