Tout beau tout frais, ce superbe hôtel qui reste sous le concept chill out de Magaluf donne sur un petit îlot. La directrice française et toute son équipe se montrent très à l'écoute ; les chambres, suites et studios sont clairs, spacieux et excellemment tenus ; et un petit déjeuner buffet ou à la carte est servi chaque matin. On appréciera le coin piscine et ses agréables transats, espace idéal pour se relaxer au son d'une musique lounge bien sentie. Des DJ sets sont organisés au bord de la piscine à l'occasion de pool parties thématiques chaque semaine.

When we informed the receptionist, he gave us a big can of insecticide and told us to spray it even though we had two young kids including a newborn with us. The AC was also not working so it was hot and muggy in the room.
The last straw was when we found a large cockroach crawling in our apartment. We requested the room to be cleaned thoroughly and when we asked if they were able to get the cockroach, the receptionist simply answered “the cleaners just clean”. When we got back to the room, we found the cockroach in the bathroom.
At this point, we decided to move hotels and asked for a refund of the two remaining nights. The receptionist refused and told us to deal with it through Booking. We’ve contacted them multiple times via Booking and as of Oct 25, 2023, they have been unresponsive for 10 days.
We are still staying there, but god we are so in love with this hotel, the view, but especially the staff !
They are so so so kind and ready to help you in any way they can ! It can be for a car rent or even for activities ! A special thanks to Vladimir, Director Marie and the man at the swimming pool ( my kids loved him) ! Breakfast was good, very sad that there is no dinner otherwise everything else was perfect ! Very safe hotel with the camera everywhere ! It was a great stay and we will come back here for sure !
