Hôtel proposant des chambres très chaleureuses et qui respire la convivialité
Cet hôtel se démarque par sa proximité avec le célèbre Blue Lagoon, accessible à 2 minutes en voiture. Cet emplacement de choix se ressent dans le prix, forcément, mais le service et la gentillesse du personnel sont également à la hauteur du lieu. Du côté des 72 chambres, on retrouve des chambres bien équipées avec vue sur le centre géothermique de Svartsengi ou encore les champs de lave. Sur place également, un espace spa (inclus ou non dans le prix selon le type de chambre) et l'excellent restaurant Max, nommé en hommage au chien disparu des propriétaires.

We stayed two nights at the start of our Icelandic adventure in September 2023 and it was a perfect place to begin our trip. The staff was so kind and welcoming. The hotel is clean and our room was as spacious as any of our rooms during our time in Iceland. Bathrooms in Iceland are small so know going into it that you won't have a lot of room to do anything aside from what you're in there to do...how much time do you actually spend in the bathroom anyway? :) Breakfast was delicious, plenty of good and healthy food to start your day. And on our second night, the Northern Lights were out. The front desk staff knocked on our door to alert us (you have to request this every morning) and out we went. It was, of course, amazing! The hotel has plenty of chill out areas and a cozy fireplace room with games, tables, and an honor snack bar. And the restaurant! The food was incredible, and the windows overlooking the lava fields and power plant was such a great backdrop. When we return to Iceland, we will definitely stay here again. Oh! And we forgot an item at the hotel when we checked out but since it's so close to the airport, it was no problem swinging back through to pick it up on the way to KEF, so the location was also perfect!

Great location close to the Blue Lagoon with shuttle service. Rooms were clean and spacious. Added pickup from the airport and it was easy to see our driver and he got us out very quickly. Restaurant was amazing, food and drinks were delicious. Everyone we interacted with were helpful and very nice.

Serveuse avec le sourire…c’est agréable. Cuisine plutôt bonne sans être trop copieuse avec un prix très abordable pour l’Islande. Je recommande ce restaurant à une minute du lagon bleu.

Je suis venu ici la dernière nuit avant de quitter l'Islande. Je dois dire que le service qu'il a fourni était très bon. Le personnel de la réception au comptoir a présenté l'environnement de l'hôtel très poliment et gentiment, ce qui nous a donné une sensation très confortable. Ils ont également fourni gratuitement transferts vers la Blue Lagoon Car, il y a des muffins gratuits dans le salon l'après-midi que vous pouvez bricoler vous-même, et il y a une machine à café que vous pouvez utiliser toute la journée.Pour ceux qui veulent prendre l'avion, un service de petit-déjeuner matinal est fourni de 16h30 à 19h00, ce qui est la fin parfaite de l'Islande.Voyage, je recommande vivement aux personnes qui souhaitent aller au Blue Lagoon de rester ici pour une nuit
