Amazing. unique in Paris. the employees are all wonderful but Levis in particular is super dedicated to the company and tries to please the customer in every way. We have already stayed at the hotel 3 times and hope to return to live the 4th time. What a wonderful and special quality-price hotel. it is worth staying at the hotel.

Everything was really good, the concierge (Me Levis) is a very nice person, the room's view was unparalleled and the breakfast was delicious. The only observation I would like to leave is that there should be an AC control inside the room because if it gets too hot, I don't know if there's a way to bring down the temperature

My partner and I stayed at the Hotel Splendid Etoile for an anniversary break in Paris and picked one of the best hotels to stay in. We had a suite (608) that overlooked the ADT and Eiffel Tower and it was a superb stay in all senses. Hotel is thoroughly recommended without exception..

Notre séjour était INCROYABLE ! Un immense MERCI au personnel qui était formidable, d’une gentillesse remarquable tout au long de notre séjour. C’est tellement appréciable ! Nous avons reçu un bon accueil á la reception. Les personnes au concierge ou a la reception était très agréables et a l’écoute. La vue sur l'arc de triomphe est une des plus belle de Paris (chambre 507). Malheureusement la premiere nuit passée dans notre chambre (la 302) s'est faite sans eau chaude. Apres une longue journée au soleil et sans pouvoir prendre de douche, le concierge nous a informé que a 21h il n'est plus possible d'avoir l'équipe maintenance pour faire les réparations necessaires. L'hotel est tres bien situé pour la visite de Paris avec le métro et RER au pas de la porte.

I thought it was very nice, when I booked it I only had the classic room type but still had a slight expectation and noted that I wanted a room with a balcony, then I got a reply saying that only upgraded rooms could have a balcony, I said yes, filled in the questionnaire and then there was no response. I was not expecting anything, but when I checked in, I found a balcony and a very good view of the Arc de Triomphe, so I really liked your service and will choose your hotel for my next trip.

Malgré une suite parfaite et une vue incroyable nous avons eu beaucoup trop chaud toute la nuit il faisait 33 dans la chambre et même en baisant le thermostat rien ne s est passé… c était bien dommage. Tout le reste était parfait.
