We recently spent two lovely weeks at Splendid Etoile. It was our third visit over the last few years. It’s has an excellent location near the Arc de Triomphe, Metro station across the street, nearby taxi , & many cafes in area. Our room was very comfortable. The staff is very friendly & helpful. We dined at their restaurant, Pre Carre, several evenings. It has a very romantic, quiet atmosphere with delicious French cuisine. We’ll be returning on our next visit to Paris!

Really enjoyed my time. The staff are great, helpful, professional and very personable. My first stay and it felt like I had been there before. Lovely rooms and I was so impressed with the cleanliness which was 10/10 and better than some 5* hotels I’ve been to. Cleanliness is so very important. Restaurant was fabulous, service in restaurant and hotel was fabulous. Views are amazing from the privilege room and the superior balcony. Would highly recommend. Only improvement I’d suggest is the bits of wear and tear on paint on furniture and doors are repainted and the place would be fantastic. Noise from doors shutting carries in some rooms but not the end of the world.

Nous avons appréciés notre séjour. Nous aurions aimé avoir le service du bar mais il été fermé, donc nous allions acheté nos apéros ailleurs, ce qui est un peu moins agréable.

Nous avons trouvé notre chambre (202) petite et surtout sombre
La fenêtre qui donnait sur une très petite cour ne permettait aucune vue et clarté
C'est dommage

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans votre hôtel et nous avions une vue sur l'arc de triomphe Rien à voir

Il y a peut être un compromis entre ces 2 chambres !!!

With the exception of our one night stay on 6/22 in an exceptionally small room booked by our trip organizer, our stay from 6/29 to 7/4 was SUPERB. We were in a privilege room on a high floor. It was lovely, light filled, comfortable and had a world class view of the Arc de Triomphe. The breakfast buffet was exceptional as was all the gracious staff in the hotel. We loved it!

Compare to the price, room quality was too low and at night two guys at the reception were very VERY EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY. I was not happy staying at your hotel for my first time at paris.

Very nice reception staff. Room was perfect besides thta was smelling fresh paint.

We had problems with the transfer. First the driver didn't catch us. We took a taxi from the airport. Going to the airport, same problem, he was late and the reception call us a taxi.

We had a wonderful stay! We didnt want to leave at all. The room had a beautiful view of the arc de triomphe, and champs elysees was a short walk away. The room was well-decorated and the bathroom even looked newly renovated. The concierge were very nice people. Overall 10/10 i loved our stay!
