Bon service. Un problème dans la chambre à l'arrivée mais rapidement réglé et un dédommagement proposé spontanément. La qualité de l'ameublement de la chambre et de la literie ne justifie pas à mon goût un classement 4 étoiles et le prix afférent. La salle de bain en marbre n'est pas folle et ne compense pas les lacunes de la chambre. Séjour agréable mais sans plus.

Hello, I wrote a separate email but we were disappointed in our stay, the floors were dirty, there was a large bug and the apartment was unbelievably loud. The staff was very kind.

One of the reasons I chose your hotel for the spa and when I arrived it was under construction. That was not stated when I made the reservation. Also my room had a very strong smell in it and I was disappointed that I was not given a room in the main hotel rather I was off in the the garden view. The smell bothered my allergies. And I would have preferred a bathtub rather than the walk in shower. The staff did their best to take care of the smell but they were unable to move me into a different room. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Loved the atmosphere. Wilson and Lemon were wonderful as well as the rest of the staff. I loved the quiet area we were in. Thank you.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved having Lemon, the friendly dog, really gave the hotel charm. Please warn your patrons that wooden stairs in suites are slippery. I injured my back slipping on the stairs. Other than that- we loved the hotel and neighborhood.

Very nice hotel, centrally located and with a very comfortable room. The restoration of the hotel has been done very well, preserving the original features and integrating all modern amenities from a 4 stars hotel.

We had a wonderful break in this lovely, welcoming hotel in a great location with excellent restaurants within a very short walk. The Isle is a great location from which to explore Paris and very near a metro station. Good areas for eating, shopping and museums are all within walking range.

Wonderful staff, charming location, fabulous breakfast: we are torn between telling everyone "Stay Here" or selfishly keeping the information to ourselves. Thank you for looking after us so well (& for our long overdue family reunion) and being patient with our French.
