Location and ambiance were great, even on the rainy days! Our room was quiet as in we never heard any talking, etc even though we were across from the dining room. The woman who cleaned our room did a great job; the man and the woman who covered the breakfast were very good especially when there were many people eating.

We enjoyed our stay very much, & the staff were very helpful. Stefan was especially helpful, and answered many of our questions in the evenings as we enjoyed wine in front of the fireplace.

Thierry and his colleagues on reception were so friendly and welcoming when we arrived looking for a room at the last minute. We were so delighted that we had found such a delightful place that was also right in the heart of Paris! We will definitely return.

As this hotel was advertsied as 4* we were expecting much more. The bathroom facilities were very tired and poor. The toilet and bathroom have no soundproof and the rooms are too small and cramped for it to be a luxury experience. The breakfast was very disappointing. The actual building and the art decor is clearly beautiful and lovely- but 'hotel basics' let you down here.

Notre chambre (107) aurait mérité un rafraîchissement c’est certain. Pas d’internet correct.Chambres peu insonorisées. Par contre excellent travail des femmes de chambre qui font un superbe travail. Les petits déjeuners sont trop onéreux par rapport à l’offre et la qualité des produits. Un grand merci et bravo pour le personnel qui est adorable et respectueux des consignes anti Covid
