Hôtel de charme dans le plus ancien et le plus beau site de Paris sur l'Ile St Louis. Service phénoménal et attentif. Les chambres en duplex sont très spacieuses, mais les escaliers circulaires sont minuscules et raides, ce qui n'est pas idéal si vous avez des difficultés à vous déplacer ou si vous êtes plus grand. Avec des "poutres apparentes" et un charme fou, les défauts sont largement compensés par les prix raisonnables et l'accueil chaleureux.

Une très belle adresse. Accueil chaleureux, Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel de charme, personnel très à l'écoute, service impeccable, chambres propres et confortables. Nous recommandons.

Excellent hôtel. L'hôtel lui-même vaut déjà chaque centime. Il est de taille correcte pour une chambre simple dans la plupart des pays d'Europe. Il bénéficie d'un emplacement fantastique, un peu à l'écart de la zone touristique, mais également pratique pour marcher et prendre les transports en commun. La meilleure chose à propos de l'emplacement est qu'il est entouré d'excellents restaurants, je veux dire à moins de 10 minutes à pied d'excellents restaurants !
Le service est encore meilleur ! Les employés de la réception sont extrêmement professionnels, accommodants et serviables ! Si, comme moi, vous venez pour la première fois à Paris, demandez-leur des conseils, qui vous seront très utiles pendant la haute saison. Ils ont tout simplement des personnes exceptionnelles qui travaillent à l'hôtel, ce qui est plutôt rare de nos jours. Ils m'ont réservé une dégustation de vin (ce qui était merveilleux), m'ont rappelé d'acheter des billets pour le Louvre et la Tour Eiffel en ligne et m'ont donné une excellente suggestion pour une compagnie de croisière à proximité de l'hôtel.
En bref, je recommande vivement l'hôtel, haut la main !

Very welcoming staff who went out of their way to hold on to a hat we left in the room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt special being able to stay on Ile Saint Louis. We also enjoyed being in the heart of Paris and close to monuments and tasty restaurants. The room was clean and well equipped for a conference call with work back in the US.

En général positif, sauf le petit déjeuner qui n’était pas au niveau ****. Il manquait surtout du bon café et du cappuccino ainsi qu’un service personnel (demander si on souhaite un café de la machine au lieu du café à « l’américaine »). De plus, les oeufs brouillés n’étaient pas bos et il manquait du bacon.

We stayed in one of the apartments and were surprised with the quiet bedrooms, the space and mostly the friendliness and warmth of the staff. It was an exquisite stay and we will be back!

The front desk staff was very kind and I really appreciated the clean towels and sheets each day. Unfortunately for three of the nights we could not sleep - we could hear other guests snoring and talking through the walls all night, a machine (sounded like a hot water heater) was going on periodically all night long, there were other water noises all night, there was a cleaning staff member that made us feel quite uncomfortable and for the first time traveling we felt we had to make sure our possessions had not been taken (nothing was taken thankfully but it was a little stressful), and the rooms need some renovating.

The electricity in the room was on and off. Flickering lights. The check in staff were very nice. The check out staff less so. The breakfast eggs were some of the worst I’ve had in my entire life.
