Der Kuchen hat geschmeckt, aber nicht so, dass es 16€ wert ist. Für mich überteuert. Die Macarons 10 Stück für 33€ kann man sich einmal gönnen, ist aber kein Geschmacks-Highlight, dass ich beim nächsten Paris Besuch unbedingt wieder hin muss.

2eme tentative et cette fois à nouveau l’expérience est gâchée par un service qui n’est pas à la hauteur.

Et la première fois, nous avions été déçus par un « macaron frappé » qui n’était qu’un lait tiède avec des macarons réduits en poudre à l’intérieur

De makarons waren erg smakelijk. De locatie was perfect. Het enige wat tegenvalt is de service wat vaak wat aan de late kant is. Voor de rest wel vriendelijk personeel alleen een beetje onderbemand naar mijn gevoel.

Had a wonderful experience here at L’Occitane boutique at Champ Elysee . Katell was very helpful to whatever my wife needed. Highly recommended..and when you get the chance.. ask for Katell, she’ll take care of you.

Expérience chaotique… Les pâtisseries sont relativement bonnes bien que chères, correspondant au standard Pierre Hermé. Le lieu est joliment décoré en l’honneur du partenariat avec l’Occitane. C’est au niveau du service que ça pêche… Outre le sourire crispé expéditif, on assiste à une scène très malaisante où l’un des membres de l’équipe s’en prend à une serveuse, sans aucune discrétion mais surtout assez brutalement, dans un registre indigne des prétentions de l’enseigne… L’ambiance globale ne donne pas envie de s’y attarder, à l’instar de la majorité des boutiques des Champs Élysée malheureusement.
