L'Hôtel d'Aragon est le point de départ idéal pour tous les voyageurs partis à la découverte de Montpellier. Situé à proximité de la gare, de la place de la Comédie et de l'Écusson, il jouit d'une situation exceptionnelle. Chacune des douze chambres de l'hôtel 3 étoiles possède son propre univers, son ambiance, sa couleur. L'ensemble allie une palette douce avec l'élégance et le confort exigés dans ce type d'adresse. On apprécie également la belle véranda des lieux, composée de plantes et de mobilier de campagne. Cet espace ajoute à l'ambiance conviviale et déjà très chaleureuse de l'hôtel. Enfin, on apprécie le petit-déjeuner copieux composé de produits régionaux.

Furthermore, the place looks nothing like the photos the hotel uploaded suggest. As you can see from the photos we've uploaded it feels more like a dungeon.
We ended up booking the Aparthotel Adagio Montpellier Centre Comedie next door, which looks exactly like its uploaded photos and has wonderful staff and beds with good support.
Additional edit: in his response, the manager Benjamin is not being truthful.
(1) Benjamin says "your reservation had been blocked for over three months". The original reservation was made on June 21st, which is less than one month.
(2) Benjamin says we arrived at 10 am. We arrived closer to 12 pm (we took the AVE Intl 09737 from Barcelona which doesn't arrive until 11:20 am).
(3) Benjamin says we returned at 1 pm and stayed in the hotel for two hours. We came back closer to 2 pm (I have the receipt from a restaurant proving this). Within five minutes we asked for another room because the mattress was such low quality. When we were informed that all other available rooms had the same mattress we went to another hotel to book another room. The other reservation was made at 2:27 pm (also verifiable by receipt). So Benjamin's comment that "everything seemed perfectly fine… until you suddenly decided to leave" is incorrect as we acted immediately upon entering the room.
(4) Benjamin said "I even offered you a different room which you didn’t even bother to check.". We were informed by his staff that all mattresses were the same so this point is moot.
(5) Benjamin said "with two active reservations, pretending to seek a solution was never really on the table." As described above the other reservation was only booked after we discovered all of the mattresses in the hotel were of low quality.
