由于旅馆的系统出现错误，导致出现了每天晚上4欧的价格，我订了七天，并且收到了确认信以及订单号和code，钱已经从我卡里移除，我也没收到任何被告知取消的邮件。但是当我在到店时却被店里那个老头禁止入住了，理由是他们系统里并没有我们的预订。但是当我咨询了booking公司的工作人员后，却发现这个老头在撒谎。在现场当我拿出手机准备录音时并让他出示相关条例来论证他的胡诌时，他心虚的停止了说话，还非常粗鲁的让我出去。
作为一个比我年龄大的人，我尊重你。活了这么大年龄，即使你不打算为自己系统出现错误负责，那也请你不要撒谎，不要欺骗顾客。我也从其他人的评论中发现了你不是第一次做这种欺骗行为。作为酒店的经营者，你对顾客的态度不好。作为一个人，你为老不尊，你不诚实。

We booked a room and received confirmation but the hotel refused to give us a room with terrible attitude! I read in the comments we were not the only ones experienced this situation. Avoid this place at any cost!

Hôtel très propre, personnels très gentil et agréable, par contre je me suis fait fracturé la voiture et volé tous se qu'il y avait dedans en pleine nuit, pas sécurisant 900 euros de marchandises, en larme.

Clean room and comfortable bed. weirdly shaped room (hard to explain) sort of like being in a beehive. Budget sleepery, can be very noisy and maintenance needs attention.

This is a budget hotel and you can tell. The rooms are dated, but ours was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast and staff were superb

21NOV2023 20uPM unfriendly men in reception desk;
rooms are old and dont have soundmasking doors ... you can see the light in the hallway around the door.
Paint is comming off the walls...

Vale para pagar barato se estiver de carro. Fizemos checkin automatico no computador na entrada. Melhor reservar na hora para nao ter problemas na entrada ja que. Ao tem recepcao. Quarto ok

Personnel gentil, chambre quelconque, suffisante, petit déjeuner pas mal, mais nous avions demandé des chambres au rez de chaussée pour personnes handicapées, avec mail de retour avec acceptation, et le jour d arrivée on nous a mis au 2eme étage sans ascenceur...

A fuir ! Des voleurs ! J’ai annulé une réservation 4 jours avant et ils m’ont quand même prélevé 2 fois ! Au total 150€ de prévelé. Et quand j’envoi un mail ca répond pas !! Honteux
