Problème signalé à l'accueil mais pas vraiment de réaction du personnel et aucun geste commercial proposé.
Un peu dommage de payer un 5 étoiles et de devoir surveiller ses affaires.
However, for a 5 star campsite (and the corresponding price they charge) I would have expected it to be better.
- There are no toilet seats.
- Toilets and showers are in different buildings, which is annoying
- Showers are quite small, and have push buttons. In most showers this button provides only 5 seconds of water (I counted). So every 5 seconds you must push the button. That's not a 5 star shower at all.
- Sinks have push buttons as well. Here the problem is the opposite, water keeps flowing a long time although you don't need it, such a waste.
- Toiletbuilding sometimes smell like sewer
- Many pitches are not flat. I would normally not complain about that, but for a 5 star campsite I would expect that
- You cannot arrive before 14:00, and not park your car if you do. They say it's because it's too crowded if check-in and check-out is mixing. But that is their choice, to have so little parking area and make pitches/cabins/etc everywhere.
- Dogs are not allowed, because of the noise, however children are no problem. I took a shower one day and came out with beeping ears because of the children screaming inside. If noise was such a big problem for them, maybe a seperate shower building for children would be nice.
I give it 4 stars because of the location.
Petit bémol pour l'accueil a la réception ont ne croirait pas dans un camping surtout pour l'accueil des visiteurs rejoint par deux membres de ma famille (60 et 70 ans ) le premier soir nous avons put manger au restaurant le deuxième jour ont leur a interdit l'accès au parking devant l'accueil ( vide ) il devait se garer au moins a 500 m et payer 7 euros par personne pour l'accès au restaurant, nous sommes allés dîner a Biarritz dommage
Die Lage ist perfekt, das Restaurant ist toll, ein Spielplatz und der kleine Supermarkt sind da, die Sanis sind sauber und ordentlich... der Poolbereich ist richtig schön und ein kleines Fitnessstudio gibt es auch.
Die Madame an der Rezeption war sehr sehr nett und konnte perfekt deutsch und Englisch. Hier wird einem alles ausführlich erklärt, sodass keine Fragen mehr offen sind.
Wir haben die knapp 100€ für zwei Nächte (Campingbus, 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) gerne bezahlt, da wir uns hier richtig erholen konnten. In der Hochsaison wäre es mir aber viel zu teuer- da bezahlt man auf den ozeannähesten Plätzen über 80€ die Nacht. Aber es gibt sicher Viele, denen es das dann dennoch wert ist. :)

A brilliant location with excellent access to the beach.
The location suits us as we love to walk along the beach in either direction and sample/enjoy the numerous hospitality locations between Biarritz and Bidart.
Will definitely be returning again next year.
Die Ferienwohnung ist leider etwas feucht und dunkel,aber sehr sauber. Die Pizza im Restaurant ist in Ordnung, könnte aber besser sein.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Pas de répondeur avec un message d'annonce informant de la fermeture du camping et aucune information sur le site, ni dans le Règlement intérieur !!!
Attention demi-tour pas aisé pour grand camping-car !

Die Atmosphäre auf dem Platz ist super, erfreulich ist die vergleichsweise hohe Internationalität, viele Urlauber überwiegend aus NL, DE, UK, CH, AT, BE und ES. Animation für die Kinder wurde gut und gerne in Anspruch genommen, der Supermarkt deckt den (kleinen) Camperbedarf und ist gar nicht so viel teurer, als die nahen Intermarché und Lidl. Die Pizza des Restaurants ist gut und lecker, besonders schön sind die abendlichen Konzerte zum Wochenende mit wirklich guten Musikern. Das gibt es auch nicht auf jedem Campingplatz.
This is a great location from which to cycle up and down the coast to Biarritz and Bayonne, or to St Jean de Luc. The cycle routes are very safe although e-bikes are recommended given the hills esp. when heading South.
