A warm, friendly welcome on arrival.
Junior Suite was large and a great balcony
Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good
choice.
Location is overlooking the train station
and a 10 minute walk to the Croisette.
Overall a Good hotel in the Best Western style.
Staff are Professional, Courteous and Friendly.

Nice hotel and Great location.
We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food.
The rooms were very small and there was nowhere to store the suitcases. The bathroom could have done with an additional towel hook and and not in a place where they covered the only full length mirror. Would have been nice to have an additional mirror in the bedroom. The lift was miniscule.Overall a positive experience.

Quiet location.. handy for trams and bus to airport..roof top swimming pool was amazing..Very helpful manager was very accommodating and ideal checkout time

We had a great 4 nights here, rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were excellent
Location was great for us as we used the train station opposite to explore other towns, however for some who just want to stay in Cannes may prefer a closer to seafront location

Room smells, view is bad, location is dodgy (many homeless nearby), cannot change rooms, pool not heated, located next to a huge motorway.

One of the worst hotels to stay in Cannes. It definitely isn't a 4 star hotel. There was dust on the bed and a stain on the bedsheets. I saw little bugs in the bathroom. The furniture is very old. I never felt this uncomfortable at a hotel before. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Super établissement, l'accueil est parfait, le petit déjeuner est magnifique il y a le choix pour tous les goûts. Les chambres sont lumineuses et spacieuses. C'est un hôtel convivial.

C' est un Hôtel moderne qui est doté d' une magnifique piscine bien exposée. La chambre est propre et la literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux.

Excellent, bien situé les chambres sont rénovés la literie est de qualités, le bar est sympa avec une bonne musique d'ambiance et surtout le spa, on a passé un super week-end
