The hotel smells and the hotel’s response is to bring the front desk clerk to the room and spray air freshener then I’m out, never coming back (see pic). The garden is nice, the WiFi sucks, we found this on booking.com. The room really did smell musty. I’m not being fussy. We put AC on and left the room for two hours and it still smelled. Look $200 euros ain’t cheap but really they did not try to do anything significant to make our stay better and that’s what you don’t want on vacation. And that’s why I’m canning this hotel

This is a beautifully decorated hotel. I loved the black and tan theme. Excellent breakfast! Nice grounds and pool. Some rooms better than others. Ours was out by the pool but would not be ok for elderly as there were steep stairs from bedroom down to bathroom so kept light on all night to avoid falls in middle of night.
Wish afternoon cup of tea or coffee was included in room rate as with most inns.
Overall very nice though.
Minor for us but maybe not for others.

Très bel hôtel en pierre avec beaucoup de cachet et de charme en plein centre ville , ce qui nous a permis de visiter la ville tout à pieds.
Décoration soignée , mais les murs de la chambre un peu trop noir à notre goût , jolie petite terrasse privative qui donne sur un jardin central.
Le personnel était vraiment très aimable et aux petits soins , les petits déjeuners très variés.
Possibilité de parking, la piscine très agréable et de plus non fumeur , ce qui est un gros point positif.
Ce séjour était une très jolie parenthèse dans nos vacances.

Super emplacement pour cet hôtel en plein centre. Toutes les personnes à la réception sont très bienveillantes et disponibles. La piscine est vraiment sympa, avec une profondeur de quasiment deux mètres ce qui est rare pour des piscines d'hôtel. Très belle végétation et décoration. Petit bémol, une odeur parfois désagréable qui s'échappe des toilettes chambre 56), qu'on a senti dès notre entrée et jusqu'au départ...

Hôtel de charme très calme. Très bon accueil et personnel très sympathique et discret. L'espace piscine est très bien. Propreté impeccable chambre, jardin, parties communes. !

Très bel hôtel chaleureux avec une décoration faite avec beaucoup de goût . Emplacement idéal . On s’y sent très bien . Très reposant et ressourçant sans oublier l accueil bienveillant .

Un hôtel de charme dans une ville de Provence de charme.
Le personnel est accueillant, bienveillant.
La décoration est de qualité et invite au repos et à l’apaisement. Un jardin et un cadre extérieur avec piscine, à l’abris de l’agitation de la ville
De bons petits déjeuners
On a passé 2 jours en famille dans ce havre de paix
On recommande.

Lovely hotel with quiet, cute courtyard and pool area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great value.

Juste parfait: emplacement inégalable, décoration très réussie, literie excellente, accueil sympathique, et en plus, espace, jardins et piscine en plein cœur de St Rémi de Provence. Pour sûr, nous reviendrons!
