CAMPING LES MURES ^{* * * *}

Nice Camping Place for the family. The toilettes should have Toilette-paper and the shower/toilettes should be cleaner

Très beau camping Très bon service propre et accueillante

Nous avons passé 5 nuits en tente sur un emplacement en bord de route sans ombre, le bruit de la route est insupportable jour et nuit, inadmissibles de payer le même prix que pour un emplacement loin de la route et à l'ombre. Ces emplacements devraient être déclassés, vraiment pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Lorsque j'ai demandé si possible de changer on m'a répondu que le camping était complet et que j'avais réservé trop tard.... Hors nos voisins allemands qui n'avaient pas réservé en avance ont pu changer d'emplacement dès le lendemain... Manque de propreté dans les douches à toute heure de la journée. J'attendais ces vacances avec impatience mais j'en suis déçue...

Very beautiful location to stay in the first row at the beach with very friendly and polite staff. Overall clean and tidy place.
Some room for improvement on the following things (everything meant friendly to give a full feedback):
Mobile Home:
High price vs. no basic equipment or a small welcome kit (sponge + cleaner and maybe a candle) + an espresso maker would be great + beds could be more comfortable (too soft today, kind of used too much) + bedrooms should be a little bit larger to reach the beds. + toilets window without Plissee- getting too hot + reduced privacy.
Beach Bar/ Restaurant:
COVID-19 rules not strictly enough realized by the staff (eg. wearing only a mask, if a guest does, normally staff should be the good example.
Security:
Only cameras and one guy at the gate seems not to be a lot for the size of the camping site - I never saw someone doing a turn at night and there should be more visibility.
- Some bay watch and first aid staff would be very great at the beach
Hygiene and cleanliness:
- 2020 it seemed that the sanitary blocks have been cleaned more often than 2021
- we are dog owners and very happy to bring it with us and hope to keep doing so in the future - if this would be forbidden we would not be able to realize our holidays at your camping site.
In order to keep the balance between people with and without dogs it could be good to put info signs or brochures to all dog owners - telling them how to behave.
2021 vs. 2020 we saw so many dogs doing their “business” (p&poo) on the beach that it really could become disgusting.
The loudness on the camp site (Entertainment) seemed to be more often and louder than in the past.
