-Management incompétent, élocution, attitude pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Même un 3 étoiles dépasse votre niveau de compétences.
- logistique par respecter
- Pas d'alternative au niveau des repas.
- Les réclamations partiellement prises en charge,limites enquiquinantes.
- Hôtel 4 étoiles du fait que vous avez un espace détente et une piscine. Les chambres et les repas, midi et soir, ne sont pas adaptés à vos clients.
- Nous avons mis une note de 1 car nous n'avons pas eu le choix sinon ça aurait été zéro.
- En revanche, vos serveurs sont polis est très réactif.

Intermittent machine noise(every 30s-1m) (from the room or a nearby room) made it impossible to sleep. Management acknowledged the noise but did nothing about it, other than apologise. The offer of a free breakfast was totally inadequate compensation given the room failed to meet the basis requirement of a good night's sleep

Good sized room close to town centre but let down by unsmilling staff, adequate breakfast, poor signage into hotel and car park, crampt parking spaces show gel container in room was empty. Shame as not upto usual Novotel standards

It was nice. Suite lovely but there were 3 adults and only two dressing gowns and two slippers. I did mention to Reception on leaving as it´s something for you to monitor. Also, there was No soap in the Toilet area. Again, mentioned this on leaving. I´m not one to complain, but I do like to mention what is not right. Apart from that, most of the staff friendly, one wasn´t, and food and drink fine for what we ordered.

Our room had a power trip after using the hotel's kettle. The staff named Marcielle (or something similar - this male) was so extremely rude. He came in and started interrogating us "did you use your machine?" without any apology or greetings. Then he proceeded to throw us dirty look as if we tripped the room because we used the hotel's kettle.

Someone should give this guy some basic training on manners.

When we first checked in, the rest room was not cleaned and tables were full of dusts. The carpet was very dirty and dated and smelled. We can't sleep for two nights due to mosquitos! And we got terribly bites. Very disappointed.

Gute Lage, das große Badezimmer mit separatem WC sind für 2 + 2 Personen (Familien) optimal. Sehr gutes Frühstück (6h30 bis 10h). Parkgarage zu moderatem Tagestarif. Kurzum: alles prima

L’hôtel est idéalement situé. Le personnel est à votre petits soins. Les services sont d’une très bonne qualité. Quelques petits détails à revoir en ce qui concerne la préparation de la chambre et tout sera parfait.

This hotel makes you feel you are located in the heart of French country side, with its employees neither well-educated nor sufficiently civilised to deal with international clienteles. I am fluent both in English and French, with Asian origin (Japanese), a solo traveler having stayed in this hotel. The sub-conscious bias of the staff working in the restaurant made them not offering menu to me among a dozen of customers dining at the same time, which obliged me to walk over to the cashier to request for a menu. Young, poorly-educated, and talking-confident and loud staff members reluctantly opened the menu and awkwardly received my order of a glass wine. After all, I conversed with a couple of staff there with all my conversation held in French. I kindly requested them to treat customers equally despite their subconscious bias (and level of education) and the answer I got demonstrates very well the problem itself : "We are sorry, but you speak 'too much English', and that's why we thought we cannot communicate with you". This is a comedy of Francois Ozon that I will cite for the rest of my life in my anecdotes, as 1) I did not talk much with any of them in any language, before coming to the cashier, so I cannot talk with them 'too much English', 2) all the conversation I had with this female staff addressing on 'Too much English' was held in French. I had to ask her twice 'in which language am I talking now?' for her to acknowledge it was in French, without a word in English, 3) Novotel is an American franchised hotel and it is quite shocking the employees in the restaurant refuse to talk to the customers for the reason of 'Too much English'.

As result, although I adored their wine, old town and history, Avignon is one of the least sophisticated parts of France where you see quite savagely expressed 'indigenous' and 'traditional' almost 'tribal' culture of this region, a touch of European dark medieval age, where local people were busy killing witches. The wine tastes excellent here, but international conversation in NovotelAvignon with its employees will go quite shockingly basic and pre-modern, for any non-Caucasian travelers to be aware and prepared for.

Nous y avons séjourné le week-end dernier. La literie est de qualité et la décoration soignée.
Le petit déjeuner offre un large choix aussi bien en salé que sucré.
L´emplacement est idéal à côté de la gare et devant les remparts.

Een zakenhotel dicht bij het centrum. Vriendelijke ontvangst en kamer was al klaar voor de aankomsttijd. Mooie ruime kamer maar niet echt gezellig. Grote badkamer met douche en bad en de w.c. apart van de badkamer. Hotel is helemaal op de eco en duurzame toer daardoor kon de airco niet echt laag gezet worden en bleef het erg warm in de kamer. Parkeren is perfect geregeld in de garage. Vriendelijk personeel en leuk restaurant. Het water van het zwembad was ijskoud waardoor je heel snel afgekoeld was ;))
