During our stay in Chamonix, my mom unfortunately suffered a fracture and required emergency medical attention. Upon our return from the hospital late at night, we faced the daunting task of finding the necessary medication, only to discover that all pharmacies were closed.
In our moment of distress, Madame Simona at the reception went above and beyond her duties. Upon learning of our predicament, she generously stayed beyond her shift hours to personally contact every pharmacy in town, striving to secure the medication we desperately needed. Thanks to her tireless efforts, we were fortunate to locate a pharmacy whose owner graciously reopened to assist us. Words cannot express the depth of our gratitude towards Simona for her selfless care and assistance. Her actions spared my mom from enduring immense pain throughout the night, ensuring she could rest comfortably.
In addition to the exceptional service provided by Simona, the room itself was cozy and impeccably clean. We would certainly consider returning for our next visit to Chamonix.
Our heartfelt thanks once again to Madame Simona for her extraordinary kindness. Wishing her all the best!

Arriviamo in questo luogo dove chiediamo di poter effettuare il check in alle 14 anziché le 16 come descritto per poter entrare al Qc terme chamonix in tempo( per onestà dico che ci viene detto che se vi era la possibilità sarebbe stata accolta la nostra richiesta). Arriviamo e la camera non c era , alche chiediamo di poter ricevere una stanza ,anche diversa pagando il sovrapprezzo ,ma almeno ci avrebbe consentito di poter fare il check in maniera che saremmo potuti andare alle terme senza perdere l’ingresso al Qc terme, in più avendo un cane cucciolo abbiamo chiesto la stanza anche per questo motivo. Essendo un hotel per friendly ci aspettiamo una risposta positiva, peccato invece, che oltre a dirci che non era un loro problema , ci dicono di lasciare eventualmente il cane in macchina per le Ore necessarie (nel nostro caso più di 5h in auto da solo sotto il sole a 25 gradi), alla nostra risposta ovviamente che non avremmo mai lasciato il cane da solo in un auto (visto anche la giornata di caldo assurdo,ma anche se non lo fosse stato non avrei mai lasciato il mio cucciolo in auto) siamo dovuti andare a trovare una soluzione alternativa. Dopodiché arriviamo in stanza alle 16 e troviamo una stanza diversa dalla prenotazione (la mia aveva il balcone mentre quella che ci hanno dato no) , il letto doveva essere matrimoniale invece troviamo due letti singoli attaccati e abbastanza scomodi, per non parlare della sporcizia delle lenzuola di cui allego foto. Insomma sia la pulizia sia la loro dedizione al cliente per regalare un buon soggiorno ,ci hanno totalmente trattato male e senza avere una totale propensione a risolvere i problemi dei loro clienti. Staff molto scortese ,peccato perché la posizione in realtà era ottima. Da evitare

Parking à l extérieur de l hôtel 18 euros la journée prévu sur site.

Petit dej pas assez copieux pas de fromage blanc pas de yaourt nature pas de fruits frais pas de pain spéciaux oeufs brouillés trop cuits
Chambre petite, propre avec vu sur Mont Blanc
Réceptionniste sympathique arrangeante

le protège matelas n’avait pas été changé et des cheveux et taches jaune étaient dessus!
Moquette vieillissante, cette chambre ne mérite ni son 3etoiles ni son prix!

Right in the downtown area. Room with balcony over the river which was absolutely beautiful. No parking but there is paid parking nearby, it does tend to fill in the afternoons though so fyi.

We had a lovely stay here, while visiting Chamonix area and riding the Aiguile du Midi cable car. Rooms are clean,on the small side, but then you are out all day. I would have liked to have a small fridge in the room as it was hot and a cool drink was necessary,but there are non fridges. Breakfast was ok, really liked the fresh baked pastry! Hotel centrally located, close to main shopping street, restaurants, shops and attractions and we had a stunning view of the mountains! Incredible to wake up to that view in the morning ????! Would love to stay again,in the winter this time.

Un peu bruyant côté rue
Prix trop élevé pour une petite chambre côté rue.

The view is perfect. And the breakfast is good
The morning staff has an old lady with eye glasses is so rude. She took 15 minutes do the type my data in the computer while they already have my data from the day before! And she just wanted to extend my stay to next day!! Then she asked me 4 times if I added breakfast and I said No.. all of that wasn't a problem!
The serious problem was when I was packing my stuff 20 minutes after the check out time and found that lady opened my room and asked me to go out!!!

One Twin size bed in a waterfront room with balcony. The room is pretty small in comparison with other hotels.
With 100 ft. Of Chamonix Centre de ville.
Breakfast was very good, lots of choice
Staff very helpful.

Highly recommended!
Great value for money. Great breakfast.
Would like to especially point out the receptionists (both man and woman) who were very kind and helped us with all our needs (made phone calls for us as well) during our stay and also after we checked out.

مكان جميل وقريب من كل شي
ولكن لا يوجد مواقف خاصه للسياره

المواقف تبعد 5 دقائق تقريباً عن الفندق مشي وبرسوم
والاصنصير تعطل فيني انا والعائله واجبرت على الانتظار لاكثر من نصف ساعه الى ان جاء فني من الخارج وقام بفتح الباب

Das Hotel ist direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Hat aber den Nachteil dass man auf einem Parkplatz außerhalb und gegen Gebühr parken muss. Der Fußweg war etwa 15 Minuten. Und das W-Lan ist extrem langsam.

Hôtel très bien placé en plein centre de Chamonix. L’accueil est parfait, et l’endroit est assez chaleureux.
Le petit déjeuner vaut le détour, vous en avez pour tous les goûts: lait végétal, et quelques éléments sans gluten.
Petite piscine extérieure donnant sur le canal: fait largement l’affaire pour se rafraîchir un coup avec une jolie vue.
Chambres un peu petites, mais le balcon fait un petit plus.

We had a pleasant stay in this affordable hotel. The location is amazing and the rooms were clean. As some reviews say, the rooms are a bit on the older side, but the bathroom looked quite new. On top of that the staff was very friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for an affordable hotel and do not need a luxury experience, I would recommend Hotel Les Gourmets.

Hôtel très sympa

Bien accueilli, l'emplacement à 2 pas du centre est pratique. La chambre est agréable, bonne literie, avec vue phénoménale. Le petit déjeuner est suffisamment copieux, bon produit. C'est assez chaleureux, je recommande.

Chambre calme, très propre et confortable, vue sur le Mont-Blanc, le rêve; Le personnel est très sympathique, Petit déj bien fourni. Bon choix, je recommande aussi.

Hôtel très chaleureux

Bon emplacement, même si petit parking, toujours une solution. Le personnel est très agréable, comme fut notre séjour dans ce magnifique village station. Chambre nickel, petit déjeuner copieux, et une météo de rêve. Chamonix est paradisiaque

Ce qu'on a aimé, l'hôtel a l'esprit familial, à taille humaine, plus personnalisé qu'un immense hôtel. On se sent plus comme dans une maison d'hôte. Chambre très propre, calme, et le petit déjeuner copieux, et qualitatif. L'hôtel est bien situé aussi. Le parking, un peu petit, mais le gérant a toujours une solution.

A taille humaine, comme dans une maison de propriétaire, c'est comme cela qu'on est reçu, et c'est ce qu'on recherchait. Chambre cosy, literie neuve, c'est très calme, et le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif et complet. Personnel qui connait bien les bons plans, et l'hôtel jouit d'un emplacement pratique, à 5 minutes du centre.

On est super bien reçu, et l'hôtel est bien situé. Chambre propre, très cosy. Petit déjeuner de qualité, séjour parfait dans cette station village. La station est vraiment bien, beau temps, belle neige, que du bonheur !

Ce petit hôtel familial à taille humaine est très chaleureux. Le patron et les employés sont accueillants, et connaissent bien la montagne. Chambre très propre, calme, et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité. Petit parking, mais le gérant a toujours une solution. Si nous séjournons à nouveau dans la région, c'est cet hôtel que nous choisirons à nouveau.
