"Expérience décevante dans cet hôtel. Chambre exiguë, déjeuner de qualité médiocre et bruit de rue incessant malgré le prix élevé. À éviter absolument pour ceux qui recherchent le confort et la tranquillité." Petit déjeuner avec œufs infects et froid.
"Suite" soit disant mais chambre standard avec salle de bain minuscule...

This is the worst experience of a ski hotel I’ve ever had.

1) the key from the room doesn’t work and we are going to reception EVERY time when we need to go to the room! Every!
2) wifi doesn’t work ! I need wifi to make important work calls and I can’t!
3) there is no vegetables at the breakfast, the hotel is not vegetarian friendly
4) there is no shampoo and balsam for hair in the room - only 2 in 1 the cheapest body and hair wash
5) at the reception the staff is not friendly and not helpful

We would not recommend this hotel - Significantly smaller and dingier than the photos; the hallways and carpet in particular are dirty. Rooms are tiny and bathroom lacks basic amenities (shampoo, for example). Unclear how this hotel has four stars - avoid if you are looking for a nice experience. We left an entire night early, despite having prepaid.

Great hotel with excellent staff, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had lots of choices and the hotel was very helpful with everything about our stay. Really made the difficulties of traveling somewhere new with multiple ski resorts all around the valley quite easy.

This is a good but expensive hotel for a leisure visit, however NOT good at all for conducting seminars and meetings. The meeting room set up is amateur at best - uncomfortable plastic chairs, small desks, portable projector. I would not recommend this hotel to hold meetings in.
The staff on Day 1 was extremely rude when we asked for the uncomfortable chairs to be removed. There was an unpleasant argument after which another staff member intervened and fixed things. At check out, again there was too much confusion about the billing, which is not appreciated.

This property does not operate in good faith. I made a booking through expedia in error. The rate was "non-refundable" however I immediately called Expedia within 10 minutes of making it and asked them if I could cancel as it was an error (clicked confirm instead of cancel). The hotel told them they would not cancel as it was non-refundable. I then immediately emailed the hotel at 4:30pm local time to appeal for a cancellation or partial refund. I had booked 2 rooms for arrival the following day. The hotel did not respond until the next morning with the disingenuous response of "You booked with a non-refundable rate and your stay is today. It is not possible sorry Sir."

I had offered a cancellation fee as I understand there may be some costs involved in processing the booking and cancellation. They have flatly declined stating that "its not possible". Its highly unfortunate that they could keep the revenue from 2 rooms that will not be used and not make any effort to offer even a partial refund in good faith. This shows you the character of the business you are dealing with. Caveat Emptor...

Cet hôtel est très bien placé dans Chamonix. Le personnel, aussi bien à l'accueil qu'au restaurant est jeune, très pro, très à l'écoute et toujours en train d'essayer de vous satisfaire. Belle équipe.
Le restaurant est vraiment excellent. Le chef (italien je crois) est doué et a à mon humble avis un avenir brillant devant lui.
Les sdb mériteraient peut être un petit coup de frais, avec des douches à la place des baignoires. Juste mon avis.

Now my country is in a war , I explain to the hotel that my daughter is in the army, there is a canceled flight, and they want to charge us the full price, I have never encountered such bad service in my life! Why am I supposed to deal with such things during a war??

Bel hôtel très bien situé en centre ville de Chamonix.
Déco moderne. Chambre calme et spacieuse.
Piscine froide et personnel du spa inexistant pendant notre séjour, nous avons laissé nos coordonnées pour un massage mais nous n'avons jamais été rappelé.

Good things: the staff was nice and accomodating, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is in a great location close to the downtown.

Bad things: the hotel smells bad. The carpets in each levels’ halls are old and smell like sweat. The rooms are tiny and the furniture needs upgrading. The “spa” is more of a kids pool than anything else. When we went there, there were tons of kids running around, jumping and screaming. There wasn’t any staff to oversee the space— needless to say that it wasn’t a relaxing spa experience.

Overall, this hotel deserves three stars. Don’t book your vacation here if you’re looking for a luxurious stay.

I booked the hotel because it came up on my Amex as a luxury hotel and I was very disappointed when I arrived. The rooms were very old, ceiling paint chipped and torn, hallway carpets stained and smelled awful. On one of the days they did not make our bed and the housekeeper came to make the bed while I was in the room. The housekeeper threw the bedding on the carpet and stepped on it with dirty shoes. This hotel is not 4 star. Smelly and dirty all around. Spa was also disgusting. Steam room never worked smelled moldy and gross, pool was not heated at all. Housekeeping trash was left in front of my door and not picked up for hours. Additionally, my child was verbally attacked by a “non guest” spa user, not allowing my child to have privacy in the restroom. Hôtel staff did not do anything about it. Poor customer service and every request from the bar was made to feel uncomfortable. Seems like they don’t want to have hotel guest. Extremely not accommodating

They aren't able to take our reservation, and we had to wait for about 1 hour and half. After that we decide to go elsewhere.

I give the Hotel a 4+ rating. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Great location, and the shuttle service was extremely helpful.
