Super hôtel avec belle piscine chauffée/jacuzzi, aménagements pour les enfants, service sympa, vue sur l'aiguille (si vs êtes du bon côté)....A part les chambres sombres, c'est parfait!

Non ne vale davvero la pena. Pagato quasi come un cinque stelle per un esperienza da tre stelle. C’erano decisamente più persone di quelle che sono in grado di gestire: il parcheggio era pieno ed ho dovuto pagarne uno a pagamento, a colazione non c’erano posto a sedere e bisognava condividere tavoli con gli altri ospiti, cosa per me assurda. Ho dovuto aspettare 40 minuti per fare il check-out per la scarsa organizzazione. Infine, per due hamburger mediocri e un antipasto, senza niente da bere, abbiamo pagato 70€. Per lo stesso prezzo ci sono alberghi di gran lunga migliori a Chamonix.

Super séjour au sein de cet hôtel.
L'hôtel est très chic. La chambre était très cosy mais un peu sombre à mon goût. Hotel et couloirs très calmes.
Le Spa très agréable malgré que dehors. La qualité de la nourriture lors du dîner et du petit déjeuner nous a comblé. Le personnel à été très agréable et les cocktails très bons ????
Dommage qu'il n'ait pas fait beau car Chamonix reste une destination ou il n'y a pas grand chose à faire quand il pleut.

Hôtel incroyable !! Un hôtel 4 étoiles qui en vaut 5. Un personnel à l’écoute, très agréable et souriant. Un spa juste parfait.
L’hôtel est parfaitement situé un rapport qualité prix imbattable.
De plus l’hôtel propose plein d activités comme un Escape Game
Et le petit déjeuner est incroyable

Le personnel au top a tout les niveaux.
Le massage avec Paul...une tuerie, vraiment, un masseur a l'écoute et surtout très professionnel.

Personnel hyper sympathique et disponible. Petit déjeuner magnifique et énorme. Les chambres sont cosies mais un peu sombre en raison de l'éclairage d'ambiance. Une piscine, hammam et jacuzzi gratuit. Un super bar avec de bons cocktails et des espaces de jeux (billard, baby-foot) et un espace game gratuit dans les couloirs de l'hôtel. Le restaurant est sympa avec une carte qui mériterait d'être étoffée mais des plats de qualités. Un peu bruyant car la clientèle est jeune et dynamique mais les espaces chambres sont plus calmes. Le seul hic est un parking payant trop petit. Il faut donc trouver des places de stationnement dans les parkings municipaux aux alentours. Bref, nous reviendrons.

Chambre très sombre par manque de lumière extérieure et d'éclairage, peinture sombre(marron du sol au plafond)et déco lugubre( tête de cerf blanc avec des cornes rouges, coussins marrons aussi..) Halloween avant la date prévue..

My 67 year old mother and me had an unplanned stay in Chamonix because we got lost in town and missed the bus. It was almost 7pm on a Sunday evening. The information office of the town was closed. I do not wish that feeling to anybody. Le Refuge des Aiglons was in the corner in front of the bus stop. So I went there to ask some information. The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful. She explained me the options that I had to return to the city or to stay in town in an unbiased way. She lend me her phone to make some phone calls. She was very patient with us. We decided to stay at Le Refuge because it seemed a safe, comfortable option with an affordable price for a last minute stay. It had a nice place area where my mother and I played some ping pong and could relax. It has a comfy sofa where we watched some soccer. The bedroom was very cozy and well decorated. It has a jacuzzi with a nice view of the the mountains. The breakfast was delicious. It offers a good variety of options for food. We had an unplanned stay at Chamonix, but we did not regret staying at Le Refuge because it made us feel at home. I would definitely book another stay there.

الفندق لطيف موقعه جميل قريب من كل ماتحتاج نسبيا من مطاعم وبقالات. الغرف صغيره عشان بس تنام وتطلع كل يوم تعمل نشاطات. نموذج الغرفه كانك عايش ف كوخ من ناحية الاضاءه ف الليل. المنطقه تهدا بعد الساعه ٨ ف الليل اجواء الريف بامتياز.

Un chien dans la chambre a côté qui nous réveille a 9h un dimanche matin : inacceptable pour un hôtel a ce prix... La personne de la réception qui se contente de s'excuser que l'hôtel accepte les animaux et qui enchaîne sans proposer le moindre geste commercial... Lamentable

Ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles. Chambre sombre. Restaurant digne d'une cantine scolaire et personnels vraiment limite. Jacuzzi plus que petit.
À ne pas refaire malgré l'emplacement sympa.

Super séjour pour une surprise d’anniversaire.
La réceptionniste (Léa il me semble) m’a beaucoup aidé à trouver des solutions meme au dernier moment !
Le spa est très agréable, ça doit être encore mieux l’hiver…

Hotel absolutely not worth its 4 stars and price.
We stayed half-board but we cancelled our dinners at the hotel restaurant the very first night as we had waited one hour and a half to get our steak, which was overcooked and cold. The other dish (lamb) never arrived at the table.
All the other guests weren't getting their food either.
We would have appreciated if the staff explained us why was this happening but they didn't spontaneously do so. When we asked them, they told us that the chef wasn't there, and that they just didn't have enough kitchen staff. Unacceptable organisation and not even the decency to tell guests in advance.
When we complained with the hotel manager, she didn't apologise not a single time for our bad experience.

Hotel room in complete darkness, toilet looked super old and not well maintained, with red paint from the walls all over the heater, hair dryer etc. We had a room under the roof so we had to bend to walk to the balcony. A room like this shouldn't exist in a 4 stars hotel.

Definitely not recommending and not returning.

Great spot to stay at in chamonix. Right near the bus stop for visiting other towns. They have a scavenger hunt “escape game” throughout their hotel. We decided to try it as we had time to spare before our bus ride, even though we thought it was for kids. It turned out to be super cool opening passages in the door ways and decoding clues. Would definitely recommend! Rooms clean and modern! Lots of hang out spaces on main floor. Can store luggage too!

Toller Service, super Frühstück und entspannender Spa - Hotel Le Refuge des Aiglons

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, im Hotel Le Refuge des Aiglons in Chamonix zu übernachten und gebe ihm eine Bewertung von 4,5 Sternen! Der Service war einfach perfekt, die Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war vorzüglich.

Das Personal im Hotel war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Rezeption war stets bemüht, alle unsere Fragen zu beantworten und uns nützliche Informationen über die Umgebung zu geben. Es gab sogar themenbezogene Abende, die eine nette Abwechslung waren.

Das Frühstück im Hotel war köstlich und bot eine große Auswahl an frischen Speisen und Getränken. Es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und die Qualität der Produkte war hervorragend.

Der Spa- und Poolbereich des Hotels war ein echtes Highlight. Es war der perfekte Ort, um sich nach einem Tag voller Aktivitäten zu entspannen. Der Wellnessbereich war gut ausgestattet und bot eine Vielzahl von Annehmlichkeiten für die Gäste.

Allerdings war das Hotel in der Hauptsaison sehr voll, was zu Stoßzeiten zu einer gewissen Hektik führen konnte. Die Zimmer waren etwas zu dunkel, was im Sommer nicht störte, aber an regnerischen Herbsttagen etwas deprimierend sein konnte.

Insgesamt hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Le Refuge des Aiglons. Der erstklassige Service, das leckere Frühstück und der entspannende Spa-Bereich haben meinen Aufenthalt bereichert. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv empfehlen, insbesondere für einen Besuch während der wärmeren Jahreszeit.
