Good location - lacked personal touch
Arrived at check in only to be shouted at from reception window to park elsewhere and leave barrier clear! No signage to this effect.
Check in was very impersonal and brusque.
Sanitary facilities were clean and tidy, washing up facilities good.
Staff seemed task not customer focussed. Not as helpful and welcoming as a other sites we have been on this trip.

we had a large trailer and a 7m motorhome and asked specifically for a larger pitch when we booked but this was not provided so we were very squashed onto a standard sized pitch. we left early.

Le camping "Les Rives du Lac", je recommande.
Nous avons occupé un mobile home durant une semaine. Celui-ci était d'une propreté irréprochable et joliment aménagé. Nous avons apprécié de ne pas utiliser notre voiture durant ce séjour car des navettes gratuites passent toutes les 20 minutes pour se rendre à Annecy et la piste cyclable est juste à l'entrée du camping. D'autre part le camping dispose d'une plage privée sur le lac. Bref un séjour qui comptera. Nous reviendrons sans problème.

The site, its location, the staff were all excellent.
The only minor was the showers where the shower head positioning meant the water shot way over your head, you had to hold the shower head in your hand to enable water to hit your head and body, which meant showering a difficult task.

Le seul point négatif est au niveau des douches (pressions d’eau, eau tiède.. et également devoir appuyer tout le temps sur le bouton pour que l’eau coule..)

Un spot magique!
L'emplacement du camping est top, Les emplacements sont semi ombragés. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Location de vélo sur place à un prix intéressant, très pratique. Food truck sur la plage très pratique aussi et le cinéma en plein air sur la.plage au top! Le seul bémol est la propreté des sanitaires. Ils mériteraient un nettoyage plus fréquent. Un soir toilette souillé abominablement et pas de papier dans 2 autres et le lendemain à 11h, rien n'avait changé. C'est tout ce que je peux dire qui apporte une ombre au tableau. Merci pour ce séjour et l'accueil très sympathique!

Nous sommes passés une semaine parfait en mobile home au camping Rives du lac! Le plage et l’eau est beau et propre, les food trucks et les animations étaient super et le mobile home était spacieux avec une terrasse très agréable. Nous vous remercions !

Heerlijke camping aan een fantastische plek
De camping ligt aan een fantastische plek aan het meer
Er staat een briefje op de deur dat je een plek mag kiezen, maar dit kon absoluut niet. Er was geen overleg mogelijk
Voor ons was het wel erg vervelend dat we een plek in de brandende zon hadden gekregen!.
We hadden een hittegolf en konden tussen half 11 en 17 uur niet bij onze eigen caravan verblijven omdat dat te heet was.
Dit was voor ons wel een probleem.
Verder erg mooie camping en aardige mensen. Leuke muziek avond met muziek gehad
