Both receptionists working in the evening checking us in and when we departed were amazing. Both very welcoming, helpful and charismatic and great representatives of the hotel.

Emplacement parfait. Chambre sur cour sombre, aggravé par le choix d'une peinture verte sombre. Literie parfaite. Salle du petit déjeuner trop petite. Difficulté d'accès aux œufs. Café très bon dans la machine.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, stylish room and quiet. Overall very good stay. Only improvement is the shower isn’t very clean. Tile needed a good scrubbing. Merci!

L'accueil, le petit-déjeuner et l'emplacement de l'hôtel sont exceptionnels. Le seul bémol est le bruit des balayeuses et du ramassage des poubelles lorsque l'on dort dans une chambre qui donne sur la rue.

From the moment we arrived, all the staff were polite, friendly and very helpful to suggest local restaraunts and places of interest. The breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. A great experience!

Équipements bruyants toute la nuit dans la chambre, fenêtre qui donne sur un mur et lit coincé deux places coincé contre un mur, pas très pratique. C'est dommage car l'équipe, le petit déjeuner, l'emplacement, le cadre et la propreté étaient au top!

Idéalement situé, ce charmant hôtel récemment rénové vous permettra de vivre un agréable séjour à Lyon. Le personnel est soucieux du bien-être des clients, les chambres sont très confortables, le petit déjeuner est excellent. La mise à disposition d'une machine à eau (plate / gazeuse) ainsi que d'une machine à café est très appréciable. Pour résumer, la prestation proposée affiche un excellent rapport qualité / prix. Foncez !

The kindness of the staff was wonderful, specially from Margot ❤️ from the reception. It was our little girls 1st birthday and everyone in the hotel helped us. Breakfast amazing, very clean hotel and very near city center and Bellecour square. The only “negative” about the hotel were the rooms a bit small. But we had a wonderful stay anda we want to go again

Bel emplacement, belles chambres, personnel très pro, un petit test de tous les lavabos pour vérifier que les drains sont bien débouchés serait le bienvenu peut-être ;)
