But the food was the worse I’ve ever tried I think. Tasteless scallops (one scallop cut in pieces with tasteless broth at 27euro). Vegetables were just overcooked and had no taste, not even salted - there was supposed to be sweet spices, but it looked like the vegetables were just left and forgotten in the plain water. Sauce for the steak was difficult to mess up, but even this dish was horrendous.
We thought that maybe a cook changed? So difficult to relate the ratings of this restaurant to our experience.
A faire absolument.
Un très bon moment
Cuisine excellente, produits locaux de qualité, service professionnel, ... RAS
The food was very poor, started with what said scallops on the menu but ended up being a single scallop that was cut up in to multiple slices. The presentation was beautiful but was very bland, sparkling white wine broth was incredibly bleak with a few shaved pieces of apple on top, scallop texture was good but for a single scallop for €27 was mind blowing.
My friend has the organic egg with crusty ham and cream sauce but we tried it and tasted like mushy weetabix breakfast with 0 flavour and awful texture (again all dishes looked beautiful)
Maincourse I had todays fish rissoto with fennel emulsion and kumquat condiment which again if you look at picture was incredibly dry, very subtle fennel flavour and 0 flavour in everything else. Fish was fairly overcooked and started to curl around edges.
Overall left quite hungry and a little disappointed, spoke to friends who shared the same opinion.
Total bill came to just under €700 and was incredibly over priced.
Nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant, au pied des pistes l'hiver
