Mr. Vikram went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for our comfort were evident in every interaction we had with him. Maravilloso el servicio y la atención del personal, así como las instalaciones. Siendo prácticamente nuevo, el hotel responde a todas las necesidades y expectativas que puede tener un huésped.
Este hotel se preocupa por usar todo reciclado, evita el plástico y usa amenitis libre de sustancia dañinas y que no haya sido probado con animales.

Las habitaciones son un sueño, a cada cual más bonita y espaciosa, ya no te digo las villas.????
Tiene todo tipo de amenitis, tanto en el baño como en la cocina.

El hotel cuenta con dos zonas de hamaca en la playa, donde además tienes varias actividades para hacer tanto en la arena como en el agua.
Además, disponen de cartas de rutas en barcos y rutas en coche privado para visitar la isla.
El guía/conductor que nos tocó a nosotros, es muy bueno, te explica absolutamente todo, es muy entendido, y te lleva a sitios fantásticos, lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Por otra parte, los servicios del spa, es pura maravilla, los masajes son una pasada, el personal es muy bueno y se ve que les gusta su trabajo.
La manicura y pedicura, excelente elección si lo tenías pensado hacer, te dejan como nuevo, al finalizar el tratamiento te masajean los pies y las manos.
También cuentan con una zona de chorros de agua caliente, saunas, termas, y recorrido de agua, fabuloso para despejarse.
Además tiene dos gym, en los cuales se hacen clases, nosotros hicimos pilates con creo que se llamaba Alison.
¡Una clase excelente!

El hotel cuenta con tres piscinas, una de ella es solo para adultos y está en el rooftop, donde además hay un restaurante de tapas; Bisou.
Te recomiendo cenar en el restaurante Ai Kisu, en día normal con el menú normal, es delicioso.
El restaurante beach Rouge, sirve muy buenos desayunos y muy variado, la atención de todos los camareros es muy buena, felicito a todo el personal por la atención que nos ha brindado.

Si tuviera que cambiar algo, diría la piscina roja el agua está demasiado fría.

Pd: lindo detalle el bolso y las botellas de agua de acero que te regalan.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Erfahrung im LUX Grand Baie. Das Hotel war toll, jedoch waren es die Mitarbeitern die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht haben. Der Rezeptionist Edi, Spa-Mitarbeiter Jean David, Kellner Ashly und vorallem Bar-Maneger Nitisch sind äusserst freundliche, angenehme und hilfsbereite Menschen. Danke für die wunderbare Erfahrung.

Dommage que le champagne soit sans bulles, et que les serveurs soient très long. Mais également très serviable

Nous avons simplement réservé une table au restaurant de l'hôtel Ai Kisu.
A l'intérieur de cet hôtel somptueux, très bien décoré.
Une cuisine originale au feu de Paille, influence japonaise.
Très belle présentation.
Plusieurs menus proposés, le seul vrai problème est que toute la table doit prendre le même menu... étrange...
Belle carte de vins.
Une excellente soirée.

Had our EOY there. Was an endless experience. Amazing staff and food was great. The rooftop experience with the infinity pool is on another level. A must try.

Went for honeymoon next level disappointment, the service is so slow, most of the rooms are pushed back away from the ocean, there are lots of ants and cockroaches, half of the room smells like poop from the bad plumbing...long story short stay somewhere else, wish i would have read this hard truth before i booked!

The water sports activities was amazing and breakfast was served on our 2nd day in the room which was so romantic.

Ai Kisu restaurant is one of its kind at LUX* Grand Baie. It serves Japanese and Asian fusion dishes that are to die for. They are very accurate in terms of ingredients and very refined in taste.

Today we've experienced the best sushi across Mauritius, as well as other amazing dishes. It's been a culinary experience with fresh produce, Balinese fusion, very friendly staff, and an amazing service. We've become friends with the amazing Chef Ram Rai and despite being originally from Nepal, he's trained professionally and swims around Japanese dishes with such ease.

Thank you Nicolas Messian for this amazing treat and for creating this exceptional marvel called LUX Grand Baie ????

This is a stunning property, that is managed very well with some of the friendliest staff. Everything about this stay was memorable and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. Also, there's no such thing as too long a trip here... There's so much to do on the grounds (water activities, gym, kids/teens club, spa, OTHER outdoor gym, and more).

I went to Lux Grand Baie recently with my family and we unanimously agreed that it was a mixed experience but overall underwhelming. While the room inside was nice and quiet, the service at the restaurant was very disappointing. We waited for 20mins to get a bottle of water after asking 4 different waiters if we could have some water. We also had to wait a lot before we could get our orders taken. Overall it felt like the service in the main restaurant was all over the place. On a good note, the decor in the main lobby is beautiful. We did some water activites enabling us to get a better look at the hotel from afar and it is really nice. The beach there is simply stunning and the main pool area is beautiful. We loved not having to worry about the whole beach towel situations there as clean towels were always put on every lounging chair at the resort. Another thing we liked was the refreshments placed at the pool with a couple of drink options as well as clean glasses.

The experience was phenomenal and we had an incredible service at Ai KISU from start to finish. Absolutely recommend and the cocktails are sensational - the F&B manager is a fantastic person who was a pleasure to meet. Special thank you to Chef George as he runs a kitchen with great food and staff. All the dishes were delicious and we shall be back many more occasions in future. 10/10 to LUX* Grand Baie.

Nous avons passés une agréable semaine dans cet hôtel moderne et très beau.
Le personnel est attentif, aimable, serviable (en bref très professionnel). Chambre et salle de bain superbes.
Petit déjeuner très bien.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et les tapas au rooftop (le bisou).
Nous sommes repartis de ce séjour ravis.
