Un nouvel hôtel tendance avec une déco qui sort un peu des sentiers battus, pour un rapport qualité-prix très convenable.
Le Moxy Times Square propose un rapport qualité/prix très convenable et une déco qui sort un peu de l'ordinaire. Les chambres sont assez petites mais si bien agencées que ce n'est pas vraiment dérangeant. La situation de l'hôtel, en plein Midtown, est également enviable et vous conviendra particulièrement si c'est votre première fois à New York. La cible du Moxy, ce sont les jeunes qui n'ont pas un budget faramineux mais souhaitent tout de même voyager avec un certain panache. Son rooftop, Magic Hour, offre une vue incroyable sur l'Empire State Building.

This Hotel is absolutely Horrendous with non caring staff ????. I Traveled to NYC by myself. I saw reviews about this place and decided to try it out. After traveling/driving for 4 plus hours I arrived at Night , and I originally paid with another form of payment before hand. Once I got there , that ended up being an issue. The guy at the front desk left me standing there, trying to charge the card that I didn't originally use. I later found out that he was the manager as well. He was so rude, unaccommodating, with zero empathy.
I've been in customer service for 11 Years so I was just very down about the entire situation. I was left feeling embarrassed and tired because I had already paid for the room before hand. With my bags in hand I ended up leaving. And No I would never ever return.
What truly bothered me was the fact that he didn't go above and beyond service wise. I even explained my situation calmly and how I had traveled all that way, just to get turned away for a room that I already paid for.
God looked out for me of course because, I ended up staying at The Fairfield Inn where the front desk took care of my needs and went above and beyond for me. They took my reservation last minute and even advised me on parking and just took general care because I was alone.
Lesson learned.
Os atendentes da recepção e bar são totalmente grossos e zero paciência com turistas. Única coisa que me agradou foi a localização.
